January Sale - Extra 1GB when you buy Pay As You Go Big Bundle - Offer Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is open to new customers who purchase a £15, £20, £25 or £30 Big Bundle tariff (“New Customer”), existing Pay As You Go customers who switch to a £15, £20, £25 or £30 Big Bundle tariff (“Switching Customer”), and existing customers who renew their existing £15, £20, £25 or £30 Big Bundle tariff (“Existing Customer”).
2. The Promotion will run between 00:01 on 22 December 2016 to 23:59 on 1 February 2017 (the “Promotion Period”). 
3. Provided that you are a New Customer, a Switching Customer or an Existing Customer and you top up with a Big Bundle tariff of £15 or above  prior to the expiry of the Promotion Period, you will be entitled to an extra GB of UK data on top of your standard data allowance as follows:

• £15 Big Bundle= 1GB extra in addition to 2GB standard;
• £20 Big Bundle = 1GB extra in addition to 3GB standard;
• £25 Big Bundle = 1GB extra in addition to 5GB standard; or
• £30 Big Bundle= 1GB extra in addition to 20GB standard (each an “Extra Allowance”).

4. If you are a New Customer the Extra Allowance will be automatically applied to your SIM no more than 36 hours after you purchase your Big Bundle tariff (of £15 or over).  The Extra Allowance will be valid for 1 month from the date of application to your SIM.   
5. If you are an Existing Customer or a Switching Customer you must first opt into the Promotion by texting “JAN” to “2424” prior to the expiry of the Promotion Period and then renew your Big Bundle within 30 days of opting in, the Extra Allowance of data will be applied to your SIM within 36 hours.
6. You will receive a text message to confirm that the Extra Allowance is being applied to your SIM.
7. You may only take advantage of this Promotion a maximum of once a month for three months during the Promotion Period.
8. Any Extra Allowance left at the end of a month will not be carried over to your data allowance for the next month.
9. The Extra Allowance is for UK data only and any Bolt On, travel package or data roaming charges are not included in the Extra Allowance and will incur additional charges.

13. Any O2 decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion only includes the Extra Allowance and there will be no cash or other alternatives.
15. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
16. The Promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
