Phone Health Check MOT terms and conditions

MOT appointments are subject to availability and on a first come first served basis. MOT appointments are not available in every store. Appointments may take up to 45 minutes. MOT can make improvements to the way your phone runs, but this is not guaranteed.

Health Checks are diagnostic checks and phones will not be repaired at the appointments.

Whether a phone passes or fails a Heath Check is at the sole discretion of the O2 Guru. A phone MOT does not address any damage or fault to the phone that would not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or if there is any customer damage such as water damage and cracked screens.
