LG G5 Launch Cam Plus Terms and Conditions

Qualify for a FREE CAMPlus (the “Camera Module”) when you pre order & purchase an LG G5 device on O2 Refresh tariffs 1GB & above (the “Promotion”) during the Qualifying Purchase Period. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they govern the Promotion.

1. The Promotion is open to UK residents over the age of 18.
2. Promoter: Telefónica UK Limited having its registered office at 260 Bath Road, Slough SL1 4DX ("O2")
3. Administrator: Magnet Harlequin Ltd having its registered office at Unit F Tomo Estate, Packet Boat Lane, Cowley, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8  2JP
4. Qualifying Purchase Period: 00:01 GMT 8^th April 2016 to 23:59 GMT 27^th April inclusive
5. Redemption Period:  22nd April to 27^th May 2016
6. Order and purchase an LG G5 (the “Device”) during the Qualifying Purchase Period on an 1GB (or above) O2 Refresh tariff and be eligible to receive a FREE Camera Module upon purchase.
7. Device must be purchased from O2 Stores, O2 Telesales or via www.o2.co.uk. Devices purchased via other means will not qualify for this Promotion.
8. This Promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion.
9. This Promotion is only open to customers on O2 Refresh tarrifs only.

11.  Use the leaflet received with your Device in order to claim your FREE CAMPlus online via www.lgg5promotion.com/o2 during the Redemption Period. Claims received outside of the Redemption Period will not be successful.
12. O2 reserves the right to extend or shorten the Qualifying Purchase Period at any time.  Only one successful claim per transaction/receipt will be valid for this Promotion and participants will be able to claim one Camera Module only. O2 reserves the right to ship an alternative reward of similar type and value if circumstances make this unavoidable. The Camera Module will be delivered to you within 28 business days following validation of the online claim form.
13. You will be contacted by the Administrator using the details provided at the point of claiming to arrange delivery.
14. Should the Administrator be unable to contact you or should you fail to respond to attempts of contact within five (5) days from the date of the Administrator’s first attempt, then you will forfeit your entitlement to the Camera Module. 
15. Neither O2 or the Administrator will be responsible for delivery failure where you have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information or fail to sign for delivery as required.
16. You must be within contract for more than 14 days to qualify for this Promotion. Claims will only be validated 14 days after purchase and activation of the Device and contract.
17. Claims will be validated up to 14 days following completion of the online claim, providing you haven’t returned or exchanged your Device during this period.
18. Claims sent in through agents, third parties or by any means other than through the online redemption form will not be accepted.
19. O2 reserves the right, at all times, to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any participant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, who tampers with the claim process or enters fraudulently. Errors and omissions may be accepted at O2’s discretion. Failure by O2 to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
20. In the event of cancellation or return of your Device or contract under O2’s Change of Mind period, you must also return the Camera Module.
21. You must retain your Device purchase receipt as proof of purchase. 
22. O2 reserves the right to substitute the Camera Module with an alternative of equal or greater value. This decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion only includes the Camera Module. There is no cash or other alternative.
24. Receipt of the Camera Module is subject to stock availability.
25. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time on reasonable notice.
26. O2 accepts no responsibility for claims that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery to or from O2 due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.
27. Once the Camera Module leave the Administrators premises, neither O2 or the Administrator shall be liable it being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before it reaches you.
28. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, O2 (including its associated companies, officers, employees and agents) exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising to participants or otherwise under the Promotion; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the O2’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by O2) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of O2; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (e) use of the Camera Module. O2 (including its associated companies, officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any postponement, cancellation, delay, changes to the Promotion or failure to fulfil this Promotion where such failure is caused by any supervening event of force majeure, meaning any event(s) outside the reasonable control of O2 (including without limitation the act or default of any third party supplier).
29. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
30. The Promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
