January Sale 15% discount off Simplicity Standard Pricing ("The Offer") Terms and Conditions

This Offer is run by Telefónica UK Limited having its registered office at 260 Bath Road, Slough SL1 4DX ("O2"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Offer.

• 1. The Offer is open to O2 customers over the age of 18 who purchase a 2GB, 4GB, 7GB, 10GB combined voice and data SIMO tariff connection from O2 (whether 30 day or 12 month) from the 24th December 2015 - 3rd February 2016 ("Eligible Connection").
• 2. All purchases are subject to status and credit check.
• 3. These terms and conditions incorporate the Pay Monthly Mobile terms which shall apply to such Eligible Connection. ("Terms and Conditions").
• 4. The Offer will run from 24th December 2015 - 3rd February 2016(the "Offer Period").
• 5. The offer is subject to availability O2 reserves the right to extend or shorten the Offer Period at any time and or change or withdraw this Offer at any time.
• 6. Where you purchase an Eligible Connection during the Offer Period you will receive 15% off the then standard monthly line rental for such Eligible Connection which will be applied to the Eligible Connection at point of sale ("The Discount").
• 7. The Discount will continue to apply for 24 months from the date of Connection ("Discount Period") following which the monthly line rental price will revert to the standard price including any RPI increase which may have been applied to that standard price under clause 1 of the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement.
• 8. Your 12 month or 30 day Minimum Term is unaffected by this clause.
• 9. The Discount will continue to apply for the Discount Period where you change your combined voice and data SIMO tariff provided that there is no change to the Minimum Term ("New Connection") and will be deducted from the standard monthly line rental costs of that new Simplicity Connection however, such New Connection will not extend the Discount Period and the Discount on the New Connection will end at the end of the Discount Period.
• 10. The Discount will automatically end even if this is before the end of the Discount Period where you upgrade the Simplicity connection to any Refresh tariff with handset purchase and the price applicable to theRefresh tariff will apply from the date of the upgrade.
• 11. The Discount will not apply to any Out of Bundle or charges for Additional Services or any Bolt On, travel package or data roaming charges and fees and use of these services will incur additional charges.
• 12. Participants must retain their receipts as proof of purchase.
• 13. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer only includes the Discount and there will be no cash or other alternatives and this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer such as O2 Open or Friends and Family discount. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
• 14. The Offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
