Introductory Offer Prices on sim only tariffs of 1GB or more (“the Offer”)

This Offer is run by Telefónica UK Limited having its registered office at 260 Bath Road,
Slough SL1 4DX ("O2"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These
terms and conditions govern the Offer.

Eligibility

1. The Offer will run from 22 March 2016 to 27 April 2016 ("Purchase Period").
2. The Offer is only available to O2 customers over the age of 18 who purchase a new or
upgraded connection on selected tariffs, directly from O2 or from a Carphone
Warehouse during the Purchase Period with either a 30-day or 12-month minimum
period ("Eligible Connection").
3. This offer is only available to customers taking the following selected tariffs (“Offer
Tariffs”):

• 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB sim only tariffs with a 12 month minimum period
• 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB sim only tariffs with a 30-day mínimum period.

4. This offer is subject to status, credit checks and payment by direct debit. It is also
subject to availability.

How the Offer works

5. These terms and conditions incorporate the Pay Monthly Mobile terms which shall apply
to such Eligible Connection ("Terms and Conditions").
6. Eligible Connections will get a discount on the full price standard monthly line rental for
such Eligible Connections ("the Introductory Price") which will be applied at the point
of sale. The following discounts apply to the Offer Tariffs:

• £1 off the full tariff price of 1GB tariffs on 12month or 30Day contracts.
• £2 off the full tariff price of 2GB on 12month or 30Day contracts.
• £3 off the full tariff price of 4GB on 12month or 30Day contracts.
• £4 off the full tariff price of 8GB on 12month or 30Day contracts.
• £5 off the full tariff price of 16GB on the 12month contract.

7. The Introductory Price will be applied from the date of connection and for each
consecutive month you remain on the Offer Tariff up to a maximum of 24 months (the
"Discount Period"), and is subject to an annual RPI tariff adjustment each April as set
out in Clause 1 of the Terms and Conditions.
8. If, during the Discount Period you change tariffs (up or down) at any point, your
agreement is terminated for any reason or you do not comply with these terms and
conditions, the Introductory Price will no longer be applied.
9. The Introductory Price will automatically end even if this is before the end of the
Discount Period in accordance with Clause 8 of these terms.
10. The Introductory Price will not apply to any Out of Bundle or charges for Additional
Services or any Bolt On, travel package or data roaming charges and fees and use of
these services will incur additional charges.
11.After the Discount Period your monthly line rental will revert to the full price of your
selected tariff.

Other important information

12. Participants must retain their receipts as proof of purchase.
13. We may vary or amend these terms. Any amendment to these terms and conditions will
be explained at the top of this page.
14. We reserve the right to extend or shorten the Offer Period at any time and or change or
withdraw this Offer at any time.
15. We may remove or discontinue this offer at any time.
16. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer only includes the Discount and there will be no
cash or other alternatives and this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other
Offer such as O2 Open or Friends and Family discount.
17. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or
regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent
jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not
held to be invalid.
18. The Offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English courts.
