This promotion for all customers (not just those registered to Priority) to buy a Harman Kardon Aura Speaker (the “speaker”) for 50% off the RRP at a price of £149.99 (The “Promotion”).

(RRP: £299.99, which is the RRP from 13/01/2016 - 06/07/2016 excluding the 20% off Priority offer running between 07/07/2016 - 03/08/3016 for Priority customers only)

The Promotion is being promoted by Telefónica UK Limited having its registered office at 260 Bath Road, Slough SL1 4DX ("O2"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.

1. The Promotion is open to UK residents over the age of 18
2. Provided you (hereinafter “you” or the “Participant”) complete a valid purchase of a Speaker from 11th August in an O2 Stores you will be entitled to 50% of the above mentioned RRP.
3. The Promotion will run in O2 Stores only from 11th August and is subject to availability, While Stocks Last (the “Promotion Period”). O2 reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period or amend the Promotion at any time. O2 reserves the right to withdraw the promotion on 7 days notice to be displayed in Stores.
4. Participants must retain their receipts as proof of purchase.
5. O2 reserves the right to substitute the reduced price speaker for an alternative of equal or greater value. This decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion only includes the speaker and there will be no cash or other alternatives.
7. f any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
8. The Promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
