Pay As You Go FreeSim Offer: Order, activate and top up a new Free Sim to claim a discount and gift from Glossybox or 3Retro. (the ‘Offer’) - Full Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern this Offer. Entry and claim instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.

Gift:

1. Eligible Customers who complete the First Stage of a Qualifying Transaction (a ‘Participant’) will receive a digital voucher code to claim 50% discount (the ‘Discount Code’) which can be redeemed against either:
   1. The first box of a Glossybox subscription (the ‘Glossybox discount’) when purchased at (https://gbx.to/O2GIFT). Customers who do not wish to purchase more than one Glossybox should select the Monthly Plan for their first box and then promptly unsubscribe; or
   2. any shirt from the 3Retro website (www.3retro.com, excluding postage and packaging (the ‘3Retro Discount’).
2. Discount Codes will be valid for 6 months from issue and can only be redeemed on the respective Glossybox or 3Retro purchases.
   1. Participants who selected the Glossybox Discount and go on to complete the Second Stage of a Qualifying Transaction will receive a digital voucher code to claim 3 cosmetics boxes from Glossybox.
   2. Participants who selected the 3Retro Discount and go on to complete the Second Stage of a Qualifying Transaction will receive a digital voucher code to claim a free retro football shirt from 3Retro.

   Together or separately referred to as the ‘Gift(s)’.



3. One Discount Code and Gift per Qualifying Transaction. Participants must opt-in to claim their preferred Discount Code. See ‘How to Participate’ and ‘How to Claim’ below.
4. The Glossybox Discount Code and Gift are subject to registration on the Glossybox website and acceptance of additional Glossybox terms and conditions. Registration requires payment details and a choice of subscription packages. If you do not wish to be charged for a paid subscription you should select the Monthly Plan for the Discount Code and the 3 Month Plan for the Gift, and ensure that you unsubscribe promptly following receipt of your Gift. If you do not unsubscribe promptly you will automatically be charged at the full monthly price, following the initial discounted purchase or delivery of the Glossybox Gift.
5. The 3Retro Discount and Gift are subject to registration on the 3Retro website and acceptance of additional 3Retro terms and conditions. Registration may require payment details.
6. Discount Codes and Gifts are subject to availability at the point of redemption, whilst stocks last. O2 provides no guarantee that all Discount Codes and Gifts will remain available throughout the Offer Period. O2 reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time which may include the substitution of the Discount Code or Gift for a suitable alternative.

Eligibility & Participation:

7. This Offer is open to UK residents aged over 18 , who are not current O2 customers (‘Eligible Customers’), excluding employees (and their immediate families) of O2 and any other company or person professional connected with the Offer.
8. To participate Eligible Customers must complete both stages of a Qualifying Transaction and opt in to the Offer. A ‘Qualifying Transaction’ is the legitimate order of any non-excluded O2 Pay As You Go mobile Free Sim directly from O2 Online at o2.co.uk between 15 June 2017 and 29 August 2017 (‘Offer Period’), followed by:
   1. Activation of the Free Sim by topping up with at least £15 credit and then opting in to the Offer by texting GIFT to 21500. Participants must respond to texts to specify which of the Glossybox Discount or 3Retro Discount they wish to select, (‘First Stage’), between 15 June 2017 and 29 August 2017 ((‘First Redemption Period’) ; and
   2. topping up another £15 or more credit within 2 months (‘Second Redemption Period’) of opting into the Offer by text (‘Second Stage’). If asked, Participants must respond accurately to texts seeking to verify Participant details or the Second Stage will not be completed.
9. The following O2 Pay As You Go free sims are excluded from this Offer: O2 Pay As You Go Mobile Broadband, Tablet and iPad sims.

How to redeem your codes:

10. Participants must visit the respective offer partner site.
    For the redemption of the Glossybox discount customers must visit https://gbx.to/O2GIFT.
    For the redemption of both the 3Retro discount and gift offers customers must visit www.3retro.com.
    1. First Stage Participants should add their desired product to the basket and apply their Discount Code at the requested point during checkout.
    2. Second Stage Participants should add the relevant Gift to the basket and apply the Gift code at the requested point during checkout. O2 is not responsible for codes not being used correctly.

Other important terms:

11. No applications from organised groups, third parties, or agents, will be allowed. Incomplete applications or applications that are not in accordance with the participation or claim instructions will be rejected.
12. Entitlement to the Discount Code or Gift is personal to the Participant and cannot be transferred, unless otherwise permitted by the Promoter or Redemption Partners of the Gift. The voucher code for the Gift has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. Responsibility is not accepted for applications damaged, lost, or delayed as a result of any computer hardware, network or software failure of any kind. Damaged to or loss of voucher may result in the Eligible Customer being unable to claim the Gifts.
14. Applicants should retain a copy of their receipt as proof of purchase.
15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gifts for an alternative of equal or greater value. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. By participating in the promotion, all applicants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. Participants also consent to the transfer of their personal data to Beauty Trend UK or 3 Retro Limited ‘Redemption Partners’ of the Gift.
17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
