Gameloft 4G Games Promotion terms and conditions

1. The Gameloft 4G games offer (the "Offer") is available to new and existing 4G O2 Customers ("Eligible Customers") from the launch date of our 4G services except for O2 4G Mobile Broadband customers who are not Eligible Customers.
2. We reserve the right to end this offer in future. If we decide to end this offer we will inform you we are doing so 30 days in advance of bringing this offer to an end.
3. The Offer allows Eligible Customers to play games from Gameloft (Zombiewood, Asphalt 8 and Modern Combat 4) on your mobile phone without using up your mobile data allowance or incurring mobile data charges when using mobile data internet access for game play. A fair usage policy applies (see your Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement or visit o2.co.uk/terms for details). You will need a 4G connection in order to play these games over the O2 mobile internet network (subject to receiving an adequate connection speed). Charges will apply for purchasing some games and there are optional additional feature purchases available within them (see website for details).
4. Data charges may apply or your data allowance may be used when you first download the games in question. The full installation will need to be done over a Wifi connection. You can use an O2 Wifi hotspot if you need wifi access. Terms and conditions apply for O2 Wifi, see https://www.o2wifi.co.uk/ for details.
5. Data charges may apply or your data allowance may be used if you access third party applications or websites from the games (For example if you choose to log into the games using Facebook or you share updates from the games on Facebook).
6. The Offer is only available to Eligible Customers with phones that use Android operating systems.
7. The games available vary depending on the model of your phone and its operating system. Some handsets may not have any compatible games available.
8. Games downloaded will be available on the phone they are downloaded to while you continue to be an O2 mobile customer (even if you change tariff), as long as you keep the same mobile number.
9. Instructions at the point of accepting the Offer online and downloading games form part of the terms of this Offer.
10. Unless you connect via wifi, downloading games uses data which may be chargeable depending on your tariff.
11. There are some age recommendations for games available under this Offer. See mobile website for details. Parental discretion is advised for those under 18.
12. All data collected will be used only for administering this Offer and will not be passed on to any third party without your consent.
13. O2 reserves the right to amend or extend this Offer at any time. We'll notify you by text message if we alter the promotion to your significant disadvantage.
14. This Offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
15. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
