Huawei P10 Promotion 2017

1.2 Participating Retailer is Telefonica UK Limited. Participating Retailer’s Stores are the O2 branded stores in the UK, its website at the URL: and its telesales.
1.3 The Promotional Product is the Huawei P10 mobile handset only and not the Huawei P10 Plus or the Huawei P10 Lite (“Huawei P10”) purchased with a monthly contract or ‘pay as you go’.
1.4 All participants must be aged 18 or over and must be resident in the UK (“Participant”).
1.5 All Participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.1. To enter the Promotion and be eligible to receive a Huawei T3 8” Tablet (“Tablet”) free of charge the Participant must have access to the internet, purchase a Promotional Product from the Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period (a “Qualifying Purchase”) AND submit a valid claim online between Thursday 23 November 2017 and midnight on Friday 19 January, 2018 (“Claim Period”). 2.2. Claims must be submitted by fully and correctly completing (including specifying the IMEI number of the Promotional Product and the ‘scratch code’ on the promotional leaflet you receive with the Promotional Product) a claim form online, at the Service Provider’s website, (“Website”). Participants will then receive an email confirming that their claim has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your claim, please contact the Service Provider via the ‘contact us’ facility on the Website.
2.3. The Promotional Products are subject to availability while stocks last. Huawei will not be liable for the failure of the Participating Retailer to fulfill orders of Promotional Products during the Promotional Period.
2.4. Huawei’s third party service provider operating the Website (“Service Provider”) will not process any claims received after the closing date for receipt of claims of midnight on Friday 19 January, 2018. Huawei nor the Service Provider will process claims which are in their opinion incomplete or illegible. Huawei nor the Service Provider will be responsible for claims delayed or not successfully received.
2.5. Only one claim per Qualifying Purchase may be made.
2.6. Claims by businesses or individuals who make bulk purchases (being more than 10 Promotional Products during the Promotional Period) will not be eligible to enter this Promotion.
2.7. This Promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion.
2.8 This Promotion is not open to any person who is directly involved in this Promotion and the Participating Retailer’s staff members who have received discount on the Promotional Product will not be eligible to claim the Tablet.

3.1. Participants will be eligible to receive a Tablet free of charge for a Qualifying Purchase subject to making a valid claim in accordance with section 2 above AND provided the Participant has not returned the Promotional Product to the Participating Retailer within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase (“Successful Claim“).
3.2. The Service Provider will endeavor to arrange delivery of the Tablet to the Participants with Successful Claims at the address provided in their respective claim form and within 5 working days of Huawei’s confirmation that a claim is a Successful Claim. Such delivery may require a signature on receipt. No alternative arrangement will be entered into and no cash equivalent will be provided.
3.3. Only one Tablet will be issued per Successful Claim.
3.4. The Tablets are subject to availability and Tablets shall be allocated while stocks last. All Tablets may not be allocated. Huawei reserves the right to replace the Tablet, with any other free gift of similar value, in the event of difficulties outside its control make it necessary to do so.
3.5 The Tablet is O2 sim locked with O2 software.

The promoter is Huawei Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd. of 300 South Oak Way, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UF (“Huawei”).

5.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huawei shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any Participant under this Promotion. However, nothing in these terms and conditions shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Huawei’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Huawei’s employees or agents.
5.2. Huawei reserves the right to void, amend, and/or change this promotion at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever.
5.3. Huawei reserves the right to audit any claims to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions and to request additional information and supporting documents from the Participant and/or the Participating Retailer. Huawei reserves the right to exclude claims and/or Participants if it suspects that the promotion is being abused in any way. Huawei’s decisions in relation to the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.4 Huawei will not be responsible for defects or malfunctions in the operation of the Service Provider’s website howsoever caused which affect the operation of the Promotion.

Any personal data submitted in connection with this Promotion will be processed by Huawei, its agents, its Service Provider(s) or associated group companies for the purpose of administering this Promotion. Personal information submitted in connection with this Promotion is subject to Huawei’s consumer privacy policy at: and the Service Provider’s privacy policy available on the Website.

These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the application of the regulations on the international sale of goods (CISG) is expressly excluded. Mandatory consumer law of the Participant’s resident country explicitly applies.

8.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
8.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Huawei, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, Huawei reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, but will endeavour to minimise the effect to Participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
