Family Tablet Bundle terms and conditions

The Family Tablet Bundle is provided by Telefónica UK Limited, 260 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4DX (“O2” or “We”) from and including 14 July 2016.

1. ELIGIBILITY

 1.1 To obtain and use the Family Tablet Bundle you (hereinafter "you" or the "Customer/s") need to:
        1.1.1 purchase an Alcatel Pixi3 8 - Family Tablet variant or other family tablet variant as communicated by O2 from time to time (the “Tablet”) on O2 Refresh (a Device Plan and an O2 Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement) directly from an O2 shop, online at o2.co.uk or directly from our O2 telesales team (a “Qualifying Purchase”).
        1.1.2 agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Family Tablet Bundle in addition to and together with:
     - the O2 Refresh Terms and Conditions;
     - the terms of your Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement; and
     - the Azoomee application terms and conditions, privacy policy and fair usage policy.
        1.1.3 redeem the Family Tablet Bundle correctly, following the voucher instructions given to you with your Qualifying Purchase.
 1.2 O2 Refresh eligibility criteria will apply which includes, but is not limited to, being a UK resident and being over 18.
 1.3 To activate the Azoomee application subscription you will need to register and create an Azoomee account and download the Azoomee application on your Tablet, following the instructions on the in-box leaflet.
 

2. THE FAMILY TABLET BUNDLE

 2.1 When you have made your first Qualifying Purchase you will be able to redeem:
         2.1.1 a subscription to the premium version of the Azoomee application for free (the price of the premium version of the Azoomee application is £4.99 a month as at 14 July 2016 however this price is subject to amendment) for 24 months or such other duration as is notified on the voucher you receive with your Qualifying Purchase;
         2.1.2 a Family Tablet Bundle case for the Tablet; and
         2.1.3 a Family Tablet Bundle screen protector for the Tablet,
(together the “Family Tablet Bundle”).
 2.2 Only one Family Tablet Bundle can be redeemed by the Customer who made the Qualifying Purchase, provided that a Customer may make multiple Qualifying Purchases and accordingly receive multiple Family Tablet Bundles.
 2.3 Further details regarding the Azoomee application can we found at www.azoomee.com.
 2.4 The Azoomee application subscription element of the Family Tablet Bundle can be activated at any time during the 24-month term of your Qualifying Purchase. . The duration of your Azoomee application free subscription will continue from the date you activate it until the End Date.
 2.5 The ”End Date” means the earlier of:
          I. the expiry of the period for which your subscription to the Azoomee application is for, as set out on the voucher you are provided when making the Qualifying Purchase;
          II. the date on which the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement associated with your Qualifying Purchase expires or otherwise comes to an end for any reason, including returns and you do not take out a new tariff with O2; and / or
          III. the date on which your O2 account is terminated (whether by O2 as a result of breach of these or associated terms and conditions, or at your request).
 2.6 On the End Date You will no longer be eligible to receive the free Azoomee application subscription element of the Family Tablet Bundle.
 2.7 Use of the Azoomee application subscription requires a compatible device, internet access, and certain software, and may require obtaining updates or upgrades from time to time. Because use of the services involves hardware, software, and internet access, your ability to use the services may be affected by the performance of these factors. Customers agree that such requirements are their responsibility.
 2.8 Your Azoomee subscription shall only be and remain valid if:
         2.8.1 you activate your voucher code;
         2.8.2 you do not return your Tablet to O2 within the 14 day Change Your Mind period; and / or
         2.8.3 you do not default on payments during the 24 month term of your O2 Refresh agreement with O2.
 2.9 Only one case and screen protector per Tablet is redeemable
 2.10 Only one variant of the case will be offered with the Qualifying Purchase, subject to availability at the point of purchase. Cases advertised and cases available at point of Qualifying Purchase may not be the same.
 2.11 Only one variant of the Tablet will be offered with the Qualifying Purchase, subject to availability at the point of purchase. The Tablet colour variant advertised and The Tablet colour variant available at point of Qualifying Purchase may not be the same.
 2.12 O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Family Tablet Bundle at any time, (for example in circumstances that are outside the control of O2 and withdrawal or amendment of the Family Tablet Bundle is unavoidable) but O2 will use all reasonable endeavors to minimise the effect to Customers in order to avoid disappointment.

 

3. THE EFFECT OF THE FAMILY TABLET BUNDLE ENDING

 3.1 On or before your Family Tablet Bundle End Date you can pay to renew your subscription to the Azoomee application. Other conditions and eligibility criteria may apply.
 3.2 You accept responsibility for backing up or transferring your data before it is deleted.
 3.3 O2 will not be liable for any data or content lost, corrupted or destroyed in the course of reducing or removing storage.

 

4. GENERAL

 4.1 You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
 4.2 If you return your Tablet during the 14 day Change Your Mind period, you must also return the case, unused and in its original packaging and your subscription to the Azoomee application will be cancelled.
 4.3 O2 accepts no responsibility for the failure of third party service/s (including without limitation the Azoomee application subscription) and/or errors in their delivery.
 4.4 Sometimes, through reasons outside of O2's control, the applications and websites that facilitate the Family Tablet bundle (as with any application and website) may not be accessible. O2 cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the websites. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in ordering/claiming or any orders/claims delayed or corrupted. O2 will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
 4.5 O2 is not responsible for the Azoomee application content and O2 hereby disclaims any liability or responsibility in relation to the content to the maximum permitted by law.
 4.6 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
