The Emoji Movie offer when you buy the Xperia™ XA1 and Xperia™ L1 ("Offer")

In addition to the Sony Legal Notice including User Terms and Privacy Notice available at www.sonymobile.com/global-en/legal/, you hereby accept and agree that the rules below may apply without limitation to the Offer and your use of this website. In addition, any instructions on how to enter this Offer form part of these terms and conditions.

This Offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), aged 18 and over only, but not employees or their immediate families of Sony Mobile Communications, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Purchase and internet access required.
To participate in this Offer you (hereinafter “You” or the “Participant”) need to purchase either an Xperia™ XA1 or an Xperia™ L1 on Pay-as-you-Go from Telefonica UK Limited’s (“O2”) direct sales channels which include any O2 store, www.o2.co.uk or through O2 telesales (Each a “Qualifying Device”) during the Promotion Period from 13th July 2017 00:00:00 to 30th August 2017 23:59:59 (“Promotion Period”).
Having purchased either Qualifying Device from O2 during the Promotion Period, you are eligible to access the The Emoji Movie Xperia theme, The Emoji Movie Falls game and The Emoji Movie memory game from the Xperia™ Lounge app in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Participants are only eligible to redeem once per qualifying device (validated by IMEI number) and claims are limited to one per household. No bulk or third party claims will be accepted.
In addition to access to the exclusive The Emoji Movie content, once You’ve purchased your Qualifying Device and are connected to the O2 network, You need to go to www.sonymobile.com/o2theemojimovieoffer no later than 30th September 2017 (23:59:59) and enter your personal details along with identifying your devices’ IMEI number (access this by entering *#06# into your new Xperia™ handset keypad), and your mobile number to enter into the free prize draw for the chance to win either the first prize of 1 of 2 Trips to Tokyo (“First Prize(s)”) or 1 of 5 runner up prizes - Sony Bravia KDL-32RD433 32 inch HD Ready TV with Freeview (“Runners Up Prizes”) (First Prize(s) and Runners Up Prize (s) collectively the Prize(s)).
For residents of NI a no purchase necessary entry route is provided for the prize draw only by writing to (FAO The Sony Team, 28-31 High Street, Wimbledon Village, London SW19 5BY), affixing the correct stamp and including your name, telephone number and address. One entry per person.
You will only be contacted if you are a winner.
The First Prize(s) to Tokyo, Japan travel package for two people includes (two available): - Flights: Roundtrip flights from London to Tokyo, Japan
- Transfers: Roundtrip shuttle airport transfers in Tokyo, Japan
- Accommodation: 3 nights’ hotel accommodation in Tokyo – with mood reflecting technology
- Sony ExploraScience Museum: Immerse yourself in the newest tech on the planet with entrance to the Sony ExploraScience Museum, with access to state-of-the-art exhibitions and fun, interactive activities.
The prize draw shall take place on the 30th September and the winning participant will be contacted by the Promotor on 2nd October 2017 by phone. The winners must accept their prize within 72 hours of being contacted. If we are unable to contact the winners within this time an alternative winner will be selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
To take part in the First Prize Tokyo, Japan travel package prize the following obligations and conditions apply:
1. The winners and guests must have a valid passport; passport must have at least 6 months validity left on date of travel
2. The winners and guests shall be responsible for obtaining the necessary visa.
3. Both winner and guest must be over the age of 18
4. Activity/accommodation vouchers may not be sent to winner until 7 days prior to event
5. All flights do not include reserved seats or meals unless otherwise specified
6. Prize excludes travel between winner’s and or guest’s home & departure airport
7. Specified accommodation & tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependant on availability
8. Individual supplier terms & conditions shall apply for the relevant service included and involved in the Prize
9. Winners should allow up to 30 days for their Prize to be confirmed
10. All Prizes including flights are non-changeable, non-refundable & non-transferable & all elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time
11. Once booked the Prize cannot be amended or altered
12. Prize cannot be taken over July, August, September, mid-December to mid-January, valentine’s day, school holidays, award ceremonies or public holidays in the country of departure or the destination country unless stated otherwise
13. Winners and guests will be required to sign & complete a winner information & prize acceptance form & to submit copies of their passports in order for the booking of their prize trip by suppliers of the Promotor appointed to fulfil the Prize.
14. Winner’s requested departure date must have a minimum of 90 days advance notice of travel after completion of their winner form unless stated otherwise
15. Winner will be required to submit 3 preferred departure dates at least 1 calendar month apart. Winner and guest must travel together.
16. Prize must be taken before 30th September 2018. If dates cannot be agreed and winner is not able to travel during the period in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Winner guest forfeit all rights to the Prize
17. Any necessary vaccinations and any associated costs are the responsibility of the winner & their guests
18. Winners must have access to a personal email account
19. Winners will need a credit/ debit card in order to check-in at the hotel for a security deposit
20. Travel insurance will be supplied to each winner & their guest(s) before departure with no pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions & the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner &/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition &/or for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner &/or their companion(s) are aged 65 or over
21. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner
22. The Prize excludes anything not specified in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to meals, gratuities and additional travel.
The Runner’s Up Prizes of Sony Bravia KDL-32RD433 32 inch HD Ready TV with Freeview will be delivered to winners within 28 days of winner notification in accordance with 9 above.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries, claims or participation in the Offer that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted whether due to technical difficulties affecting electronic communication or any other reason.
Owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter and O2 and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter and O2 reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time but will use all endeavours to minimise the effect to the Participants in order to avoid disappointment.
The Prizes cannot be exchanged and there is no cash or other reward available, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute Prizes for a suitable alternatives of equal or greater value.

You are responsible for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Offer (including without limitation the purchase of the Qualifying Device) or costs for playing or downloading the The Emoji Movie Xperia theme, The Emoji Movie Falls game and The Emoji Movie memory game, and accessing the internet if applicable). Costs to enter the Offer via the internet may vary so please check with your local service provider for current charges.
Any personal information, including, without limitation, Your name, age, address (including postcode), mobile phone number and/or email address will be used solely in connection with this Offer and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of this Offer (including subsequent promotions as stated in these Terms and Conditions). The Sony Privacy Notice displayed at http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/legal/ under "Privacy" applies to any processing of data performed in connection herewith.
The Prize winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion.

If for any reason any aspect of this promotion and Offer is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries/claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion and Offer or accepting or using the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the value of the Prizes or the minimum allowable by law (whichever is greater).
The Promoter will not be responsible for any failed connection by your attempt to access this Website or O2’s website for whatever reason.
You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
