These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Offer. Eligibility and purchase instructions form part of the “Terms” which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.

Free Gift

1. Eligible Customers who make a Qualifying Purchase (“Participant/s”) will get a leaflet with a voucher code (“Redemption Voucher”) with their Qualifying Purchase. Redemption Voucher can be redeemed online, following instructions on the Redemption Voucher, against one (1) of a selected range of JIMBAG barrel or duffel bags (“Free Gift”). Redemption Voucher expires on 10 April 2019. Participants must pay £1.99 postage and packaging for Free Gift to be delivered. One Free Gift per Qualifying Purchase.
2. Free Gifts and Eligible Accessories are subject to availability at the point of redemption, whilst stocks last. O2 provides no guarantee that Eligible Accessories, or Free Gifts will remain available throughout the Offer Period. O2 reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time which may include the substitution of Free Gift for a suitable alternative.
3. Free Gift is personal to the Participant, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Eligibility & Participation

4. Free Gift is available to UK residents who have purchased an Eligible Accessories directly from O2 during the Offer Period (a “Qualifying Purchase”). Sales made via third party agents or distributors do not qualify.
5. The purchase of the specific product types described below (“Eligible Accessories”) will be eligible for one Free Gift. For the avoidance of doubt, only the products described below and purchased during the below periods will be eligible:
   1. A new Fitbit Versa between 24 December 2018 to 27 March 2019; or
   2. A new Fitbit Charge 3 between 7 February 2019 to 27 March 2019;
6. All Qualifying Purchases are strictly subject to stock availability.

How to claim

7. All claim instructions will be printed on the Redemption Voucher and must be followed to make a valid claim.
8. Redemption Vouchers can only be redeemed online at www.jimbag.co.uk/o2 between 24 December 2018 and 10 April 2019. Redemption Vouchers are not valid in any other shop or website and can only be used to select one of the range of barrel or duffel bags available as part of this Offer.
9. Once the Free Gift is selected, scratch and reveal the voucher code printed on the Redemption Voucher and use the code during checkout.
10. Free Gift will be delivered within 7 working days to the address provided during checkout.

Other important terms

11. Qualifying Purchase may be subject to its own terms and conditions and eligibility criteria. Participants should familiarise themselves with these before participating in this Offer.
12. O2 reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Offer at any time and will notify Participants of such changes by placing a notice at the top of these terms. O2 does not guarantee that the Offer will always be made available and reserves the right to end the Offer at any time.
13. Where a Participant wishes to cancel their Qualifying Purchase within the 14 day Change-Your-Mind period, if applicable, then they are no longer eligible to participate in the Offer and Free Gift will be cancelled. No applications from organised groups, third parties, or agents, will be allowed. Incomplete applications or applications that are not in accordance with the application instructions will be rejected.
14. Responsibility is not accepted for vouchers or redemptions that are damaged or lost, or delayed as a result of any computer hardware, network or software failure of any kind.
15. Applicants should retain a copy of their receipt or online order confirmation as proof of purchase.
16. O2 will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Offer except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
