Free 3G Dongle when you buy a Mobile Broadband Pay As You Go preloaded data SIM - Offer terms and conditions (“Terms”)

Eligibility:

  1. This Offer is open to UK residents.
  2. This Offer applies to customers (“Eligible Customers”) who buy a Pay As You Go MBB preloaded data SIM with 1GB, 3GB, 5GB or 12GB for tablets, mobile wifi and dongles in the Promotional Period (“Qualifying SIM”).The “Promotional Period” is from and including 10 November 2016 to 21 December 2017.
  3. To be eligible Qualifying SIMs must be ordered through an O2 retail store, online at o2.co.uk or through O2’s telesales team. For a full store list see o2.co.uk

Free Gift:

  1. Eligible Customers can claim a free ZTE 3G dongle (“Free Gift”), subject to availability at the point of purchasing the Qualifying SIM and whilst stocks last. If you return your Qualifying Purchase within the 14 day change of mind period then you must return the Free Gift.
  2. Claim your Free Gift, at checkout at the point of purchasing your Qualifying SIM. Claims received after purchase will be considered invalid.
  3. Only one Free Gift per Qualifying SIM.

Other important terms:

  1. No applications from organised groups, third parties, or agents, will be allowed. Incomplete applications or applications that are not in accordance with the application instructions will be rejected.
  2. Responsibility is not accepted for applications damaged, lost, or delayed as a result of any computer hardware, network or software failure of any kind.
  3. Applicants should retain a copy of their receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Free Gift for an alternative of equal or greater value. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative.
  4. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
  5. By participating in the promotion, all applicants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All application instructions form part of the rules.
  6. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
