Chance to win an LG Electronic Prize when buying an LG Pay As You Go Mobile from O2

Purchase an LG mobile handset directly from Telefonica UK Limited (“O2”) on Pay as You Go either from www.o2.co.uk, via a call centre or in-store between 28 September 2017 and 23:59 on 1 November 2017 to be automatically entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of 26 LG Electronics prizes. Only valid to residents of mainland UK (including Northern Ireland) and those aged 18 or over. Customers must have owned the handset for 14 days or longer in order to qualify for this prize draw. Winners will be selected at random and will be contacted after 14 days of the promotion period closing [15 November 2017]. How to Enter

1. Participants must purchase a UK variant of an LG mobile handset directly from O2 either online, via a call centre, or in-store from 28 September 2017 up to and including 23:59 on 1 November 2017 while stocks last.
2. Participants who have bought an LG handset during this period will automatically be entered in to the prize draw by the Administrator.
3. Participants must have owned their handset for at least 14 days at the time the winners are announced and must not have returned or exchanged their handset for another manufacturer’s handset in order to qualify for the prize draw.
4. Winners will receive one of the following prizes: 1 x LG OLED TV (RRP £2,999.99), 5 x 55” 4K Ultra HD TV (RRP £1,299.99), 10 x SJ4 2.1 Wireless Soundbar (RRP £299.99) and 10 x LG Watch Style (RRP £229.99) ]. Winners will be selected at random 14 days after the promotion closing date and will be contacted by the Administrator within 2 days after the draw date. Prizes will be delivered to winners via courier within 28 business days of the notification that they have won. A signature will be required upon delivery as proof of delivery.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The How to Enter instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering into the LG prize draw (the 'Promotion'), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Winners will be drawn for the following prizes: 1 x OLED55B7V.AEK (OLED TV), 5 x 55SJ850V.AEK (55” 4K Ultra HD TV), 10 x SJ4.EGBRLLK (Soundbar) & 10 x W270 (LG Watch Style). Winners will be selected at random for each prize and therefore will not be able to select from the list available.
3. The promotion is only open to legal residents of mainland United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over.
4. All purchases must be made in the United Kingdom from O2 Telefonica direct and must be UK variants.
5. Participants will only have one entry per purchase and can only win one prize per purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to ship an alternative selection if circumstances make this unavoidable. The prize will be delivered by the Administrator to the winner within 28 business days after notifying the winner that they’ve won.
6. Winners will be selected at random by the Administrator and will subsequently be contacted by the Administrator using the details provided at the point of purchase to be informed they have won (via email, telephone or SMS message). Those who do not win will not be contacted.
7. Should Administrator be unable to contact the winner following reasonable attempts or should the participant fail to respond to reasonable attempts of contact within the promotion period, the participant forfeits entitlement of the prize and another winner will be selected.
8. It is the Participants responsibility to ensure the details they provide are accurate and neither the Promoter or Administrator will be responsible for delivery failure where participants have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information or fails to sign for delivery as required.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the prize winner’s details and purchase and to disqualify any participant who may have returned their handset or exchanged their handset for another manufacturers by the time the prize draw takes place. The Promoter also reserves the right, at any time to disqualify a participant that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the prize process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Winners will be notified by email or by phone or text.
12. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
13. It is the participant’s responsibility to check the condition of the LG prizes and to notify the Promoter of any issue within two weeks of receipt, as it will not be covered under any warranty and shall not be replaced under any circumstances beyond the two weeks.
14. Once the prizes leave the Administrators premises, the Promoter shall not be liable for the gifts being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before they reach the participant.
15. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any participant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this Promotion at any time and change the terms and conditions without incurring any liability.
17. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter (including its associated companies, officers, employees and agents) exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising to participants or otherwise under the Promotion; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (e) use of the gift. The Promoter (including its associated companies, officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any postponement, cancellation, delay, changes to the Promotion or failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening event of force majeure, meaning any event(s) outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including without limitation the act or default of any third party supplier).
18. The Promoter acts as data controller as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”). The Promoter agrees to comply with its obligations under the Act. In particular, Promoter will hold all personal data securely and the Promoter and Administrator will use it solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion as set out in these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with all applicable law and the CAP Code. 19. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Participants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
