Buy One Get one Half Price on Selected Wearables Promotion terms and conditions

This promotion to buy a Moto 360 v1 or Pebble Steel smartwatch (the “Watch”) for half price (from £74.99 for the Moto 360 v1 and £62.50 for the Pebble Steel) when you buy the corresponding whatch at full RPP (the “Promotion”) is being promoted by Telefónica UK Limited having its registered office at 260 Bath Road, Slough SL1 4DX ("O2"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.

  1. The  Promotion is open to UK residents over the age of 18
  2. Provided you (hereinafter “you” or the “Participant”) complete a valid purchase of a Moto 360v1 or Pebble Steel (each a “Watch”) you will be entitled to purchase additional Watch of the same type for half the RRP subject to availability and while stocks last.
  3. The offer for half price Moto 360 v1 is only available on the purchase of a full priced Moto 360v1. The offer for the Pebble Steel is only available on the purchase of a full priced Pebble Steel.
  4. You must purchase the additional Watch at the same time as you purchase your Watch.
  5. The Promotion will run in O2 stores only from 12th November 2015 - 23rd December 2015 (the “Promotion Period”). O2 reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at any time. 
  6. Participants must retain their receipts as proof of purchase. 
  7. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion only includes the corresponding Watch and there will be no cash or other alternatives.
  8. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time on reasonable notice.
  9. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
  10. The Promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
