Free British Military Fitness Classes with Purchase of Selected Wearables

1. This promotion is open to UK residents (Excluding Northern Ireland) who purchase a Fitbit Alta, Fitbit Charge HR or a Fitbit Blaze between 1^st September 2016 and 5^thOctober 2016 (“Eligible Device”) from O2 Stores, Online or Telesales. (“Eligible Customers”).
2. If an Eligible Customer is new to British Military Fitness (BMF), they will be entitled to 10 BMF Pay-As-You-Go class credits with each purchase of an Eligible Device subject to availability. The 10 sessions are valid for 12 months from the day of set up confirmation.
   If an Eligible Customer is a current BMF member, or has previously attended BMF, they will be entitled to 1 complimentary month of BMF membership.
3. The closing date for the Offer is 5th October 2016 and for claiming your free gift is 26th October 2016. Customers must redeem their free membership by phoning 0208 996 2220 or emailing fitness@britmilfitmilitaryfitness.com and supplying the code on the back of the Voucher provided with your Eligible Device. Customers must receive confirmation of the offer activation prior to attending a class.

5. Only one BMF membership per customer. Multiple redemptions not permitted. No applications from organised groups, third parties, or agents, will be allowed. Incomplete applications or applications that are not in accordance with the application instructions will be rejected.
6. Where you return your Eligible Device to O2 within the 14 day cooling off period then O2 has the right to cancel your BMF membership. Where you redeem a membership and cannot provide proof that you are an Eligible Customer then O2 or BMF may cancel your membership.
7. Responsibility is not accepted for applications damaged, lost, or delayed as a result of any computer hardware, network or software failure of any kind or for lost or damaged vouchers.
8. Applicants should retain a copy of their receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the free gift for an alternative of equal or greater value. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 9. By participating in the promotion, all applicants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All application instructions form part of the rules.
10. Free BMF membership is personal to you the customer and cannot be transferred or sold to any third party. Voucher has no cash value and no cash alternative is available.
11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
