Family Tablet Refurb Bundle Black Friday Offer - terms and conditions

The Family Tablet Refurb Bundle Offer (the “Offer”) is provided by Telefónica UK Limited, 260 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4DX (“O2” or “We”) from 24 November to 30 November.(“Offer Period”).

    • 1.1 The Offer is available to new and existing customers over 18 and resident in the UK, (“you”, “your” or "Eligible Customer/s") who: purchase a Grade A refurbished ‘Like New’ Alcatel Pixi3 8 - Family Tablet variant (the “Tablet”) with an O2 Refresh tariff (a 24-month Device Plan on a Consumer Credit Agreement and an O2 Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement), directly from O2 online at o2.co.uk ( a “Qualifying Purchase”) between 24th November 2016 and 30th November 2016 (the “Offer Period”).. The Tablet colour variant advertised and The Tablet colour variant available at point of Qualifying Purchase may not be the same. Tablet is subject to availability.
    • 1.2 Eligible Customers must agree to comply with these Offer terms and conditions in addition to and together with:
      - the O2 ‘Like New’ terms and conditions for refurbished devices, see /termsandconditions/shop-purchasing-terms/like-new-terms-and-conditions
      - the O2 Refresh Terms and Conditions;
      - the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement; and
      - the Azoomee application terms and conditions, privacy policy and fair usage policy.
    • 1.3 Qualifying Purchases are subject to O2 Refresh eligibility criteria, status and credit check. Customers whose applications or orders for the Qualifying Purchase are not successful or whose orders are not accepted within the Offer Period are not eligible and cannot participate.
    • 1.4 To participate and redeem all parts of the Offer participants (“Participants”) will need to register and create an Azoomee account and download the Azoomee application on the Tablet, following the instructions on the in-box leaflet.
    • 2.1 When you have made your first Qualifying Purchase you will get:
           2.1.1 a digital code, with which Participants can redeem a free subscription to the premium version of the Azoomee application for 24 months or such other duration as is notified on the voucher you receive with your Qualifying Purchase, (the price of the premium version of the Azoomee application is £4.99 a month as at 14 July 2016 however this price is subject to amendment);
           2.1.2 a case for the Tablet. Only one variant of the case will be offered with the Qualifying Purchase, subject to availability at the point of purchase. Cases advertised and cases available at point of Qualifying Purchase may not be the same; and
           2.1.3 a screen protector for the Tablet, (together the “ Family Tablet Refurb Bundle”).
    • 2.2 Only one Family Tablet Refurb Bundle per Qualifying Purchase.
    • 2.3 O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Family Tablet Refurb Bundle at any time, (for example in circumstances that are outside the control of O2 and withdrawal or amendment of the Family Tablet Refurb Bundle is unavoidable) but O2 will use all reasonable endeavors to minimise the effect to Customers in order to avoid disappointment
    • 3.1 Further details regarding the Azoomee application can be found at www.azoomee.com.
    • 3.2 The Azoomee application subscription element of the Offer can be activated at any time during the 24-month term of your Qualifying Purchase. The duration of your Azoomee application free subscription will continue from the date you activate it until the End Date.
    • 3.3 The ” End Date” means the earlier of:
         I. the expiry of the period for which your subscription to the Azoomee application is for, as set out on the voucher you are provided when making the Qualifying Purchase;
         II. the date on which the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement associated with your Qualifying Purchase expires or otherwise comes to an end for any reason, including returns and you do not take out a new tariff with O2; and / or
         III. the date on which your O2 account is terminated (whether by O2 as a result of breach of these or associated terms and conditions, or at your request).
    • 3.4 On the End Date You will no longer be eligible to receive the free Azoomee application subscription element of the Family Tablet Bundle.
    • 3.5 Use of the Azoomee application subscription requires a compatible device, internet access, and certain software, and may require obtaining updates or upgrades from time to time. Because use of the services involves hardware, software, and internet access, your ability to use the services may be affected by the performance of these factors. Participants agree that such requirements are their responsibility.
    • 3.6 Your Azoomee subscription shall only be and remain valid if:
         3.6.1 you activate your digital voucher code;
         3.6.2 you do not return your Qualifying Purchase to O2 within the 14 day Change-Your-Mind period; and / or
         3.6.3 you do not default on payments during the 24 month term of your O2 Refresh agreement.
    • 4.1 On or before your End Date you can pay to renew your subscription to the Azoomee application. Other conditions and eligibility criteria may apply.
    • 4.2 You accept responsibility for backing up or transferring your data before it is deleted.
    • 4.3 O2 will not be liable for any data or content lost, corrupted or destroyed in the course of reducing or removing storage.
    • 5.1 You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    • 5.2 If you return your Tablet during the 14 day Change Your Mind period, you must also return the case, unused and in its original packaging and your subscription to the Azoomee application will be cancelled.
    • 5.3 O2 accepts no responsibility for the failure of third party service/s (including without limitation the Azoomee application subscription) and/or errors in their delivery.
    • 5.4 Sometimes, through reasons outside of O2's control, the applications and websites that facilitate the Family Tablet Refurb Bundle (as with any application and website) may not be accessible. O2 cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the websites. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in ordering/claiming or any orders/claims delayed or corrupted. O2 will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
    • 5.5 O2 is not responsible for the Azoomee application content and O2 hereby disclaims any liability or responsibility in relation to the content to the maximum permitted by law.
    • 5.6 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
