PAYG Big Bundles (£15, £20 & £25 tariffs only) - “Up to 3 months extra data” (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.
Contents of the Promotion

1. The Promotion applies to £15, £20 or £25 Big Bundle tariffs only (“Qualifying Tariffs”) for which the standard monthly data allowances of 2GB, 3GB and 5GB respectively, will be doubled to 4GB, 6GB and 5GB (“Promotional Data” for up to three (3) months for eligible participants.)
2. Promotional Data is valid for 1 month after it is applied to your account, after which it will expire (“Expiry Date”). Customers should wait for up to 36 hours after purchase or renewal for Promotional Data to be applied.
3. Any Promotional Data remaining after the Expiry Date will expire and not be carried over to the next month or otherwise transferred.
4. Promotional Data is for UK data only and Bolt Ons, travel package or data roaming charges are not included and will incur additional charges.

Eligibility

5. The Promotion is available to new customers who purchase a Qualifying Tariff and existing Pay As You Go customers who either switch to a Qualifying Tariff or who renew their Qualifying Tariff  between  00:01 on 02 February 2017 to 23:59 on 29 March 2017 (the “Promotion Period”) (“Eligible Customers”). 

How to participate

6. To claim Promotional Data for the first month, new customers must purchase a Qualifying Big Bundle SIM card and activate it within the Promotional Period.
7. Existing customers must first opt into the Promotion by texting “MOREO2” to “2424” within the Promotion Period and then purchase Qualifying Big Bundle tariff when their existing monthly tariff expires, but within 30 days of opting in to the Promotion.
8. To claim Promotional Data for months 2 and 3, Eligible Customers must renew their Qualifying Tariff by topping up the minimum amount on their monthly anniversary of activating this Promotion in Month 1.
9. You may only take advantage of this Promotion a maximum of once a month for up to three consecutive months.

11. This Promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless we state otherwise.
12. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time on reasonable notice.
13. Any O2 decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion only includes the Promotional Data and there will be no cash or other alternatives.
15. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
16. The Promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
