Get a £50 Voucher when purchasing any 12 month 4GB or above Sim only tariff between 28th April 2016 - 25th May 2016 

 

Get a £50 Voucher for use against any accessory purchased on www.o2.co.uk/shop/accessories or non sim enabled fitness trackers and smartwatches on www.o2.co.uk (“the Accessories”) when you purchase any 12 month 4GB (the “Promotion”).  The Promotion is being promoted by Telefónica UK Limited having its registered office at 260 Bath Road, Slough SL1 4DX ("O2"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.

  1. The  Promotion is open to UK residents over the age of 18
  2. Provided you (hereinafter “You”/”Your” or the “Participant”) purchase any 12 month 4GB or above sim only tariff from O2 between 28th April 2016 and 25th May 2016 you will receive a £50 Voucherto use against any Accessories purchased on www.o2.co.uk/shop/accessories or www.o2.co.uk subject to availability and while stocks last.
  3. O2 Pay Monthly Terms and Eligibility Apply. See o2.co.uk/terms.
  4. The Promotion will run in O2 stores, o2.co.uk and O2’s telesales only from 28th April 2016 - 25th May (the “Promotion Period”).  Purchases made through any third party distributor will not be eligible for the Promotion. O2 reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at any time. 
  5. Voucher codes will be provided via SMS with a link to the voucher code on the Priority Application.  You must have downloaded the Priority Application from itunes, Google Play or other app store to receive the voucher.  Voucher must be redeemed within 6 weeks of the date of purchase.
  6. In the event of cancellation or return of Your contract under O2’s Change of Mind period, Your voucher code will be cancelled.
  7. Participants must retain their receipts as proof of purchase. 
  8. Voucher can only be used once and must be used in a single purchase for one or more Accessories.  Total number of Accessories which can be purchased in a single transaction is 6.
  9. Where you do not use the full value of the Voucher in a single purchase You will not be entitled to refund of any unused amount. 
  10. No cash alternative and the Voucher is personal to You and may not be transferred to any third party.
  11. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time on reasonable notice.
  12. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
  13. The Promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
