Get 50% extra data on top of the standard 30 day SIMO data only sharer allowance when purchasing a mobile broadband connection between 5th February 2016 - 21st March 2016 (excludes shared data).Pay Monthly 30 day SIMO data only sharer plan day plan - option to purchase a mobile broadband device as a one-off upfront cost.
Roaming: Inclusive data on our Pay Monthly tariffs can't be used for data that is accessed from abroad and will be charged. If not covered by a Bolt On, data roaming charges include additional third party network operator charges and may be significant. Data usage may also be capped whilst you're abroad. 1. This promotion is open to UK residents who purchase a 2GB, 4GB or 8GB SIMO connection (“SIMO Connection”) or a 30 day SIMO Data Only Sharer Plan Pay Monthly Mobile Broadband Connection (“MBB Connection”) between February 4th 2016 and March 21st 2016.
2. The Promotion will run between 4th February 2016 - 30th March 2016 (the “Promotion Period”). O2 reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at any time. 
3. On certain Pay Monthly Mobile Broadband Connection you will receive more than 50% extra data and you will have been made aware of your actual data allowance when making the purchase.
4. This Extra Data Offer is only available when purchasing your SIMO Connection or MBB Connection through any O2 direct channel (online, voice and retail) (not available via any third party distributor).
5. You will remain eligible for the Extra Data Offer until you Upgrade, cancel your SIMO Connection or MBB Connection or we terminate your SIMO Connection or Existing Connection as per the terms of your agreement.
6. 50% more data Promotion does not apply to shared data plans.

8. O2 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions by posting updated terms on www.o2.co.uk.
9. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
