Buy an iPad Pro 12” or iPad Pro 9.7” directly from O2 on one of our Refresh tariffs and get 25% off an Apple Pencil and/or Apple Smart Keyboard “Promotional Accessory/ies”) (the “Offer”). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Offer is open to UK residents over the age of 18 (hereinafter “you” or the “Participant”).
2. OFFER PERIOD: This Offer is available in O2 stores, online and O2 telesales between 13th October - 7th December 2016 (the “Offer Period”), subject to availability, whilst stocks last.
3. OFFER CONTENTS: 25% off the O2 standard price for Promotional Accessories. O2 Standard Price for the Apple Pencil is £79.99; the Apple Smart Keyboard for 9.7” iPad Pro is £129.99 and Apple Smart Keyboard for 12” iPad Pro is £139.99. Discount will be applied at checkout.
4. HOW TO REDEEM THE OFFER: To redeem the Offer Participants must buy either an Apple iPad Pro 12”or Apple iPad Pro 9.7”on a Refresh tariff, directly from O2 in the Promotional Period (a “Qualifying Purchase”) and purchase a Promotional Accessory as part of the same transaction.
5. Qualifying Purchases can be made in an O2 store, on o2.co.uk or from O2 telesales and are subject to Participants meeting ‘Refresh’ eligibility criteria and terms and conditions.
6. Promotional Accessories purchased in separately will not qualify for the Offer discount and will be charged at full price.
7. One Offer per person.
8. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND: In the event of cancellation or return of your Ipad Pro or Refresh contract in accordance with O2’s Change- Your-Mind Period, you must also return the Promotional Accessory/ies. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Participants must retain their receipts as proof of purchase.
10. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS: O2 reserves the right to substitute the Promotional Accessory for an alternative of equal or greater value. This decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. No cash or other alternatives.
12. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time on reasonable notice. Notice will be provided by placing a note at the top of these terms and conditions, which will be posted online at o2.co.uk.
13. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
14. The Offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
