This 20% off Accessories offer is being promoted by Telefónica UK Limited having its registered office at 260 Bath Road, Slough SL1 4DX ("O2"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.

1. The  Promotion is open to UK residents over the age of 18.
2. Offer excludes smart watches, fitness trackers and BB8.
3. The Promotion will be available via O2.co.uk only.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion will allow all O2 employee Friends and Family to receive 20% off Accessories when the sign up to an O2 Refresh contract, with applied Friends and Family discount.
5. The offer can only been redeemed via an authorized and O2 issued voucher code.
6. The Voucher Code will be send to you  via SMS once the O2 Refresh Friends and Family discount has been applied.
7. Participants must retain their receipts as proof of purchase.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer and is not transferable. No cash alternative available.
9. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time on reasonable notice.
10. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
