20% Discount off 2GB or above Refresh Tariffs terms and conditions (1 September - 5 October 2016)

This Offer is run by Telefónica UK Limited having its registered office at 260 Bath Road, Slough SL1 4DX "O2". Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Offer.

1. The Offer is open to O2 customers over the age of 18 who purchase a handset on any of our o2 Refresh  2GB or above tariffs from O2 from the 1st September 2016 to 5th October 2016 “Eligible Connection”.
2. Offer does not apply to SIM only tariffs or MiFI and Andriod/window tablet purchases.
3. All purchases are subject to status and credit check.
4. These terms and conditions incorporate the Pay Monthly Mobile terms which shall apply to such Eligible Connection. "Terms and Conditions”.
5. The Offer will run from 1st September  2016 -  5th October 2016 the “Offer Period”.
6. The Offer is subject to availability O2 reserves the right to extend or shorten the Offer Period at any time and or change or withdraw this Offer at any time.
7. Where you purchase an Eligible Connection during the Offer Period you will receive 20% off the then standard monthly line rental of the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement for such Eligible Connection  which will be applied to the Eligible Connection on connection “The Discount”.
8. The Discount will continue to apply for 24 months from the date of Connection “Discount Period” (or earlier if you upgrade or terminate the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement early) following which the monthly line rental price will revert to the standard price including any RPI increase which may have been applied to that standard price under clause 1 of the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement.
9. Where an RPI increase is applied during the Minimum Term of the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement this will be applied to standard price for such tariff “New Standard Price” and the 20% discount will then be applied against that New Standard Price.
10. The discount will be added to your bill during each Month of the Minimum Term however, the first months discount will be applied to your bill in Month 2 and not Month 1.
11. The Discount will automatically end even if this is before the end of the Discount Period if you upgrade or cancel your Refresh contract and, if upgrading, the pricing relating to your upgrade will apply.
12. The Discount will not apply to any Out of Bundle or charges for Additional Services or any Bolt On, travel package or data roaming charges and fees and use of these services will incur additional charges.
13. Participants must retain their receipts as proof of purchase. 
14. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer only includes the Discount and there will be no cash or other alternatives and this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer such as O2 Open or Friends and Family discount. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
15. The Offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
