Claim up to 12-months Gourmet Society Plus membership when you order, activate and top up an O2 Pay as you Go Free Sim (the 'Offer' - Full Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern this Offer. Entry and claim instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.

1. Eligible Customers who complete both stages of a Qualifying Transaction (a 'Participant') can claim free membership to Gourmet Society Plus for two consecutive 6-month periods ('Gift Membership'). Customers who complete the First Stage will receive a digital voucher code to claim a single 6-month membership ('6-Month Gift') and customers to complete the Second Stage will automatically receive a further 6-months added onto the 6-Month Gift ('12-Month Gift').
2. Gift Membership is subject to registration and acceptance of additional Gourmet Society Membership terms and conditions. Registration requires the same email address you used to opt in to this Offer. Participants must download the Gourmet Society app as instructed in order to begin using their Gift Membership.
3. One Free Gift per Qualifying Transaction only.
4. Free Gifts are subject to availability at the point of redemption, whilst stocks last. O2 provides no guarantee that all Free Gifts will remain available throughout the Offer Period. O2 reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time which may include the substitution of the Free Gift for a suitable alternative.

Eligibility & Participation

5. This Offer is open to UK residents aged over 18, who are not current O2 customers ('Eligible Customers'), excluding employees (and their immediate families) of O2 and any other company or person professional connected with the Offer.
6. To participate Eligible Customers must complete both stages of a Qualifying Transaction. A 'Qualifying Transaction' is the legitimate order of any non-excluded O2 Pay As You Go mobile Free Sim directly from O2 at www.o2.co.uk/freesim , followed by

   i. activating the Free Sim by topping up with at least £15 credit, ('First Stage'), between 2nd May and 31st May 2017 ('Offer Period'). Participants who complete the First Stage are eligible for the 6-Month Gift; and

   ii. topping up another £15 or more credit a within 3 months of the First Stage, ('Second Stage'). Participants who complete the Second Stage are eligible for the full 12-Month Gift.

7. The following O2 Pay As You Go free sims are exluded from this Offer: O2 Pay As You Go Mobile Broadband, Tablet and iPad sims.

How to claim

8. To claim the 6-Month Gift, following completion of the First Stage a Qualifying Transaction, Participants must opt in by texting GOURMETPLUS and their email address to 21500. Participants will receive a text containing a unique voucher code and a link directing to the Gourmet Society website where they must register using the same email address used to opt in to this promotion, can use the code to redeem the 6-Month Gift.
9. Participants who complete the Second Stage of a Qualifying Transaction after having activated their 6-Month Gift, will automatically receive the 12-Month Gift.

Other important terms

10. No applications from organised groups, third parties, or agents, will be allowed. Incomplete applications or applications that are not in accordance with the application instructions will be rejected.
11. Entitlement to the Free Membership is personal to the Participant and cannot be transferred, unless otherwise permitted by the Promoter or Redemption Partner of the Gift Membership. The voucher code for the Gift Membership has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. Responsibility is not accepted for applications damaged, lost, or delayed as a result of any computer hardware, network or software failure of any kind. Damaged to or loss of voucher may result in the Eligible Customer being unable to claim the Gift Membership.
13. Applicants should retain a copy of their receipt as proof of purchase.
14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift Membership for an alternative of equal or greater value. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. By participating in the promotion, all applicants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. Eligible Customer also consents to the transfer of their personal data to Simard Limited, trading as 'Gourmet Society', 'Redemption Partner' of the Gift Membership.
16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
