O2 Home Prize Draws (the “Prize Draws”) - October 2016 terms and conditions

Key terms

1. Prize Draw Days: Entry to each Prize Draw opens at 00:00 and closes at 23.59 (“Cut-Off Time”) daily between 26.10.2016 to 30.10.2016 (each day a “Prize Draw Day”). Draws will take place no more than 7 days following the Cut-Off Time of the last Prize Draw Day. The result of the Prize Draws will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. Entry: To enter text “O2HOME” to 61202 and follow entry instructions texted to you. Entries must be made by text only (no other method of entry is available) and received by the Cut-Off Time on the day of the Prize Draw that you wish to enter. Entrants must follow all entry instructions provided. Entries that are spoiled, incomplete not in the correct format, delayed or not received will not be valid and will not be entered into a Prize Draw. Texts to 61202 are not included in your bundle and will cost your standard network rate. If you’re on O2, this costs 10p per text.
3. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants consent to their details being used for direct marketing by letter, text, calls and emails, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Find out more here /termsandconditions/privacy-policy
4. The Prize: There will be a total of five (5) winners, one (1) drawn from all the entries received by the Cut-Off Time on each respective Prize Draw Day. Each winner will receive a Harmon Kardon Onyx Mini Bluetooth speaker worth £150.

5. This Prize Draw is open to all those who UK residents, who are over 18, excluding employees of O2 or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. O2 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and that the entry is not fraudulent. O2 may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless O2 is satisfied with the verification.
6. Eligible entrants will be entered into the Prize Draw/s on receipt of valid entry texts. Only one entry per entrant is permitted.
7. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw.
8. The entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions and in the event of a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence.
9. By taking part, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
10. The Prize Draws run during the Promotional Period. Each respective Prize Draw will close for Eligible Entries by the Cut-Off Time. Entries received after the Cut-Off Time will not qualify and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
11. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner/s are unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
12. Winners will be selected at random from all Eligible Entrants in each respective Prize Draw. Winners will be notified within a reasonable time after the Draw Date (usually 5 days) using the email address provided as part of the entry process for this Prize Draw. Winners will be asked to verify their email address by responding to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified. The prizes are awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified then the prize will be deemed unclaimed or unaccepted and an alternative winner will be randomly selected at O2's discretion from all other Eligible Entrants. This process shall continue until the prize has been allocated.
13. Winners will be sent their prize by special delivery within 14 days accepting the prize.
14. O2 will not be responsible for any the inability of any prize winner to take up the specified prize.
15. O2 reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize(s) become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The prize is not transferable.
16. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this Prize Draw, O2 reserves the right to end or suspend the Prize Draw; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of winner(s); and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all eligible entrants.
17. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
18. The winner(s) may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Prize Draw and it is a condition of entry that the winner(s) agree to their name and general area of residence being made publicly available if they win.
19. The names of the major winner(s) may be obtained by sending a signed handwritten request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to the O2 Digital Services Marketing, 260 Bath Road, Slough,SL1 4DX and marked with the name of the Prize Draw.
20. Entrants’ data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this Prize Draw.
21. O2’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. O2 reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend each or all of the Prize Draws and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Prize Draws subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
23. These Prize Draws are governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
