O2 HOME - Mumsnet Discount (the "Offer") - Offer Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: This Offer available to registered users of Mumsnet who are over 18, live in an area where O2 Home is supplied and can satisfy all relevant O2 Home Minimum Requirements ("Eligible Mumsnetters").
- Offer Period: 00:01 on 26 January 2016 until 12 February
- How to participate: Eligible Mumsnetters who purchase O2 Home with a 24-month minimum term contract from the website https://home.o2.co.uk/en-GB/mumsnet-special-offer only, during the Offer Period ("Participants") can participate in the Offer. Sales in O2 Stores, telesales or the general O2 Home Online site are excluded. Subject to availability. Participants cannot redeem the Offer or any part of it after the O2 Home contract is cancelled. Eligible Mumsnetters whose applications or orders are not successful or whose orders are not accepted within the Offer Period are not eligible and cannot participate.
- Offer Contents: Participants will get a £5 discount on the standard Monthly Subscription Fee for up to 24 months of one O2 Home Pack.
- Provided there has not been a Disqualifying Event, Participants who continue with their O2 Home subscription after the Minimum Period (24 months) may qualify for a further loyalty discount which will reduce the Standard Monthly Subscription Fee to £10 a month from month 25 until this Offer is withdrawn in accordance with paragraph 6 or there is Disqualifying Event.
When making a qualifying purchase the Offer will be automatically applied to the Participant's account unless there has been or is a Disqualifying Event. The Offer does not apply to any additional charges, services or equipment for which the Participant may be billed over and above the Monthly Subscription Fee.
- Disqualifying Events: Participants will cease to qualify for this Offer if they:
- do not comply with the terms of their O2 Home Services Agreement, the instructions for using o2 Home equipment or the terms of this promotion,
- terminate their O2 Home contract or has their O2 Home contract terminated, for any reason;
- disconnect their O2 Home service and reconnect (for whatever reason) at a later date;
- are no longer eligible as defined in these Terms. Participants who are disqualified from the Offer under this Clause 5d may continue to use O2 Home, subject to compliance with these Terms and their O2 Home contract, but will be required to pay the Standard Monthly Subscription Fee after the Minimum Term has ended.
- Amending or withdrawing the Offer: O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer at any time on reasonable notice. Contracts must be entered into within the Offer Period and, in any event, before the Offer is withdrawn. If we withdraw this offer we will include an update confirming this at the top of these terms and conditions
- Non-transferable: The Offer can only be redeemed against the Participant's valid O2 Home account and cannot be used to pay for or off-set any other fees, charges or costs nor any other O2 account balances. Promotional credit cannot be transferred. There are no cash alternatives.
- O2 Home Terms apply: These promotional terms apply in addition to the O2 Home Services Agreement terms and conditions. O2 Home is subject to status and availability and there are minimum requirements.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer without the consent of the Promoter.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
- The Offer Terms are governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
