£5 off £20 or more Amazon.co.uk Purchase Promotional Code terms and conditions (December 2013)

1. Promotional codes will be sent to selected O2 customers via either an SMS or MMS message. To be eligible for this promotion you must receive one of these codes. You can then use this code when shopping on the UK version of the Amazon shopping app. The promotion is open to UK residents only.
2. One promotional code per customer; each promotion code can be used only once.
3. This promotional code is valid for £5 off a single £20 (or more) Amazon.co.uk purchase between 00.01 (GMT) on 12th December 2013 and 23:59 (GMT) on 15th December 2013 (this "Offer").
4. To take advantage of this Offer, add the qualifying products to your Basket by clicking the "Add to Basket" button. When you're done shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. At checkout, enter the promotional code in the "Gift Cards and Promotional Codes" box. The Offer discount will be automatically deducted from your order.
5. This Offer applies only to products sold and shipped by Amazon.co.uk and excludes digital products, gift cards, mobile applications, baby and infant formula, and shipping and handling charges. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or on any pre-existing orders.
6. If the combined purchase value of qualifying products in your Basket is less than £20, this Offer will cease to apply. If you cancel your order for a product such that your total spend on qualifying products falls below £20, this Offer will cease to apply. If you return a qualifying product purchased as part of this Offer, such that the value of the qualifying products you retain falls below £20, Amazon.co.uk reserves the right to charge you (using the payment method you used for the original order) for the discount you received as part of this Offer, without notice, at the then Amazon.co.uk price.

9. Promotional claim codes must be used during the redemption period specified above.
10. The promotional claim code is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services and is not transferable or assignable.
