Extra Data Offer on 12GB and 20GB Small Business and Business Essentials Tariffs for Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge terms and conditions

1. Offer only available to new and upgrading customers who sign up to a new minimum term contract on an eligible tariff and take either the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge device.
2. Eligible tariffs are 12GB or 20GB O2 Small Business or Business Essentials tariffs.
3. Customers who sign up to either of these eligible tariffs will get 10GB of additional data at no additional charge. For clarity, customers who sign up to a 12GB tariff will receive 22GB in total and customers who sign up to a 20GB tariff will get 30GB in total.
4. The 10GBs of additional data will be added to the selected tariff following shipment and activation of the chosen device.
5. O2 reserves the right to amend this offer at any time on reasonable notice.
6. Existing customers must upgrade and change to an eligible tariff to take up this offer. In these circumstances any unused inclusive allowance will be lost.
7. Eligible customers will automatically receive an additional 10GB of data for as long as they remain connected to the original tariff they signed up to (i.e. until they upgrade, or change their contract, or until the initial contract term expires, whichever occurs soonest). Customers who switch to an ineligible tariff (i.e. one not listed above) or who fail to comply with any of the terms of this promotion will lose the benefit.
8. Connection to O2 is subject to status and credit check.
9. Data allowances must be used within the month. Unused allowances cannot be carried over into subsequent months.
10. Customers who disconnect and reconnect (for whatever reason) are not eligible for this offer.
11. No cash alternatives are available. Promotional allowances cannot be transferred.
