Double Data offer on 2GB and 6GB and Business Essentials tariffs terms and conditions to 2 Nov 2016

  1. Offer only available to new and upgrading customers who sign up to a new minimum term contract on an eligible tariff and take a new handset.
  2. Eligible tariffs are 2GB and 6GB Business Essentials tariffs.
  3. Customers who sign up to either of these eligible tariffs will get double their tariffs inclusive data at no additional charge either 2GB or 6GB dependent on choice of tariff.
  4. O2 reserves the right to amend this offer at any time on reasonable notice.
  5. Existing customers must upgrade and change to an eligible tariff to take up this offer. In these circumstances any unused inclusive allowance will be lost.
  6. Eligible customers will automatically receive an additional 2GB or 6GB of data for as long as they remain connected to the original tariff they signed up to (i.e. until they upgrade, or change their contract, or until the initial contract term expires, whichever occurs soonest). Customers who switch to an ineligible tariff (i.e. one not listed above) or who fail to comply with any of the terms of this promotion will lose the benefit.
  7. Connection to O2 is subject to status and credit check.
  8. Data allowances must be used within the month. Unused allowances cannot be carried over into subsequent months.
  9. Customers who disconnect and reconnect (for whatever reason) are not eligible for this offer.
  10. No cash alternatives are available. Promotional allowances cannot be transferred.
