1 to 6 months free line rental for Business Start Ups offer terms and conditions

1. This offer is available to new O2 Business Customers paying for an Office 365 subscription if they are signing up for new connection and are classed as a new 'Start-Up' customer. If you take out an Office 365 subscription at a cost of £10.10 (excluding VAT) per month and you take out one of the tariffs set out below you will receive your line rental for free (for the amount of time specified).
2. To be classed as a 'Start-Up' customer under this offer you must be a genuine new Start-Up Business, trading 18 months or less before your O2 credit check takes place. We reserve the right to check you meet this criteria before giving you this offer.
3. This offer is available a maximum of two times per customer.
4. This offer is subject to availability and O2 reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time. If we decide to withdraw this offer we will include an update at the top of these terms and conditions. Contracts must be entered into before the offer closes.
5. One month free line rental is available on our O2 business On & On tariff with 1GB of data priced at £31.67 (excluding VAT) a month (as of 28 February 2014) with iPhone 5C 16GB and Samsung Galaxy S4 only.
6. Three month free line rental is available on our O2 business On & On tariff with 1GB of data priced at £27.50 (excluding VAT) a month (as of 28 February 2014) with Samsung S4 mini and IPhone 4S 8GB devices only. Three month free line rental is also available on our O2 business On & On tariff with 1GB of data priced at £35.83 (excluding VAT) a month (as of 28 February 2014) with the Nokia Lumia 520 and ViVo Tab Smart bundle only.
7. Four month free line rental is available on our O2 business On & On tariff with 1GB of data priced at £27.50 (excluding VAT) a month (as of 28 February 2014) with the Nokia Lumia 925 device.
8. Six months free line rental is available on our O2 business On & On tariff with 1GB data at £23.33 (excluding VAT) a month (as of 28 February 2014) with the Nokia Lumia 520 device only. Six months free line rental is also available on our O2 business On & On tariff with 1GB data at £23.33 (excluding VAT) a month (as of 28 February 2014) with the Samsung Galaxy S3 mini only.
9. The tariff information set out above may be subject to change. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions if the tariffs change.
10. To be eligible for this offer the contract in question must be taken out only via O2 telesales. This offer is currently not available via any other channel.
11. This offer is available to O2 Business Customers who are signing up for new connections.
12. The free of charge element will appear as a credit on the customer's invoice for the same amount as the monthly charge for the relevant cost in each of the months it is available. Usual call and other charges apply. Standard line rental charges will apply automatically after the initial promotional period.
13. No cash alternatives are available. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
