Whether you’re with O2 already, or have moved from another network, we’ll help you keep your number. One you’ve got your new phone, come back to o2.co.uk and search ‘Keep my number’ – we’ve got Support pages to help with this that should pop up. Fill in a form and we’ll do the rest.

Changed your mind?
We want you to be completely happy with your new phone. So if you’re not, send it back to us within 7 working days and we’ll give you a refund or an exchange. If it’s faulty and you’ve had it for less than 14 days, we’ll replace it or give you your money back - longer than two weeks and we’ll get it fixed.
