Our five point check

All our Like New devices have passed our five-point quality check.
We test the:

  1. Battery and ensure it charges
  2. Buttons, security features and cameras
  3. Sound and microphone for clear audio 
  4. Screen – typing, rotation and pinch to zoom
  5. Wifi and other connectivity features

Finally, we securely wipe all device data so you can start using your device straight away.

We’re always looking for ways to reduce e-waste. And as 70% of people already have a USB charger at home, we’ve decided not to include one with our Like New devices. You'll get a USB cable, pin and your device. If you need more accessories, you can add them to your basket after choosing your tariff.

Worried about changing your mind? We’ve got you covered. All our Like New devices come with a 14-day change of mind policy. So, if you decide your Like New device isn’t quite right, we can exchange it or provide a refund. 

*Each year your Airtime Plan will be increased by the Retail Price Index (RPI) rate of inflation announced in February plus 3.9%. If RPI is negative, we’ll only apply the 3.9%. You’ll see this increase on your April 2022 bill onwards. See o2.co.uk/prices.
