The Doro 8100 is an exceptionally easy to use smartphone, with enhanced sound tuned for older ears, and a user interface that allows you to tailor the display icons to suit you. Plus, charge your phone with the included charging cradle, which is also perfect for holding the phone whilst on video calls, so you can keep your hands free and relax whilst talking to loved ones.

A phone that thinks like you do

The Doro 8100 does everything any other smartphone can do. The unique UI is based on Android but has been designed to make using a smartphone more easy, safe, and intuitive for all. You can set up your phone when you first turn it on by using the step-by-step guide, including WiFi connections, sound and display settings, and Gmail – so it’s not just bigger text but bigger icons. Then, once you’re all set up, simply decide what you’d like to do and press the action icon to call, view, send or search.

Capture life to the fullest

The triple lens camera and crisp display on the Doro 8100, makes taking photos and videos more enjoyable. The customised menu prioritises the main camera modes, and photo and video buttons. Plus, you can find additional modes like Macro for extreme close-ups, and Portrait for pictures with the soft bokeh background, highlighted in the easily identifiable ‘more’ menu. The camera also features an integrated QR code reader and night-mode for low light shots.

Your comfort and safety are always a priority. The Doro 8100 has a Response by Doro assistance button on the back, so you can alert family and friends at the touch of a button if you need help. When you press the button, they’ll all be notified at the same time and your GPS location will be shared when one accepts the alert, then you’ll be connected with a voice call.

Free screen replacement

Your Doro 8100 comes with 12 months' peace of mind. Doro are so confident in their robust and optimised screen that they'll replace it for free if you accidentally break the screen within the first 12 months of owning it.

After 24 months you can: keep your Airtime and Device Plans without changing anything Cancel your Airtime Plan and keep paying off your Device Plan instalments or, Cancel your Airtime Plan and pay off your Device Plan in full. For customers who took out an O2 Refresh custom plan before the 17 December 2021 the Airtime and Device Plans remain linked for the duration of the Device Plan, this means you will have to pay off your Device Plan in full if you decide to end your Airtime Plan at any point.
