O2 Smart Home is now closed
It wasn’t easy, but we decided to close O2 Smart Home. We’d like to thank the customers who used the service. The good news is that some of your kit may still work without O2 Smart Home. Read on to find out what this means for your devices.
Tado smart thermostat
Tado smart thermostats will still work without O2 Smart Home. If you have any questions, please contact Tado: https://www.tado.com/gb/.
Yale smart lock

Fibaro flood sensor
Fibaro flood sensors can be reset and paired with other Z-Wave hubs. For more information, please contact Fibaro: https://www.fibaro.com/en/.
Smart plugs can be reset and paired with other Z-Wave hubs. Check out Aeotec’s website for more information: https://aeotec.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/6000162178-smart-switch-gen5-user-guide-.
All other devices
Unfortunately, all other devices will stop working without O2 Smart Home. So you’ll need to dispose of them. They can’t be put into household waste, so you’ll need to take them to the electronic waste section of your local recycling centre. Or some local councils have scheduled collections – we recommend checking your local council’s website to find out more.
