Keeping your phone

If you're happy with your current phone, there's the option to switch to one of our sim only tariffs.
Or, you could get credit added to your bill for closing your contract without choosing a new phone.

Upgrading with O2

To upgrade:

  • Sign in to My O2 and choose a phone
  • Call us free from your mobile on 202
  • Call us from a landline on 0344 8090202 (standard rates apply)
  • Visit one of our stores. To find your nearest store, click here

Upgrading from 4G to 5G

If you’re upgrading from a 4G phone to a 5G phone, you’ll need to make sure you have:

  • A 5G phone or device from our range
  • A 5G tariff
  • A 5G sim
  • 5G coverage
