Business TU GO

You're on a tariff which doesn't support TU Go

You can switch to another tariff and enjoy all the benefits of TU Go with the devices you already have. You'll need to speak to the person who's responsible for your bill to get it switched to an eligible tariff. Or if pay your own bill contact us

You already have another service which won’t work with Tu Go

Some network-based apps such as Just Call Me from O2 are not compatible with TU Go. TU Go will tell you that it's not compatible and you can then choose which app you want to keep. Remember that since TU Go is free to download, you can get it back any time.

You have an international call bar or premium bar on your account

You'll need to contact the person who set up your O2 account to ask if you can get the bar on international calling or the bar on premium rate numbers removed. If you set up the account yourself, you can contact us to make new arrangements.
