From 15 May 2019, our call and text rates to landlines and mobiles in countries within our EU destinations will be subject to a regulatory price cap. Calls on our Pay Monthly tariffs will not exceed 19.5p per minute and calls on our Pay As You Go tariffs will not exceed 19p per minute. Texts will be 6p per text across the board.

You can continue calling international landlines and mobiles from 1p per minute on our existing International Bolt On for Pay Monthly or International Sim for Pay As You Go, and you won’t pay more than the standard international rates for calls and texts to our EU destinations.

If you don’t have one of our international products, our standard international rates to countries in our EU destinations will apply, and these will be subject to the price cap.
