O2 Business Customers can get online bills. We can also provide bills in braille, large print, audio and coloured paper free of charge. Please get in touch if you would like this service.
My O2 Business is the quickest and easiest way to get your billing information. Simply sign in and you’ll see a brief summary of your account, you can also get a more detailed version by clicking on your latest invoice.
Alternatively you can get a paper bill. A summary bill costs £2 and an itemised bill is £2.50.
If you choose a summary bill, you’ll get one sheet of paper, with a breakdown of your calls, texts and data usage.
Itemised bills are more detailed, so you’ll be able to see exactly who you've called and messaged.
You'll be able see your calls, texts and data from your inclusive allowance, as well as charges for usage outside of your allowance.
