What it does

Call anyone from any supported device

Make and receive calls, send and receive texts and check your voicemail on any supported device.

(Available on iOS 5+, Android 2.3.1+ for smartphones and Windows 7 only for PC users)

Connect over WiFi on your phone, tablet or PC

Choose whether you want to connect to TU Go using your mobile network (GSM) or an internet connection. Calls and texts come out of your Pay Monthly bundle.

Take your conversations with you

See your messages and communication history in your Timeline, synced across all your TU Go devices.

What do I need to know?

Before you download TU Go. A few things you should know:

Only available for Pay Monthly at the moment. Calls and texts come out of your bundle. We're working on TU Go for Pay and Go and Business customers. Register your interest here
Available on iOS 5+, Android 2.3.1+ (check my device) and Windows 7 for PC.
Log into the app using your existing O2 mobile number. You can be logged in on up to five devices at one time.
Call or text your friends as you usually would – they don't need the app to speak to you

How do I get it?

TU Go is currently available for iOS 5+, Android 2.3.1+ (check my device) and Windows 7 for PC.

Download the app

Download the app onto your phone, tablet or PC. You don't have to install it on your phone for it to work. You can download the app as many times as you like, but you can only be logged in on a maximum of five devices at one time.

Create an account

Tap 'Sign up' to start creating your TU Go account. You'll need to keep your O2 phone handy and be able to access your O2 registered email address (the one we send your bill to). If you don't have access to this, click here for our FAQs.

Start using TU Go

Start making calls and sending texts from TU Go on any supported device and watch your Timeline fill up with your communication history.
