Helping families with online safety
In 2015, we joined forces with the NSPCC to help keep children safe online. For parents and carers, the resources provide a comprehensive website, expert advice on child safety in our stores, a free seven-day-a-week helpline staffed by NSPCC-trained O2 employees, and a programme of workshops in schools and workplaces across the UK.
Though not part of our original Blueprint plan, we're proud of this vital partnership. The website covers such top concerns as bullying, grooming and online addiction, along with advice on age-appropriate gaming, parental controls and privacy settings.
We've also run yearly campaigns throughout the Blueprint to bolster our reach and effectiveness on Safer Internet Day.
