Price Freeze Offer for Selected O2 Pay&Go Data Plans terms and conditions

Price Freeze Offer for O2 Pay&Go Data plans, 2GB and 3GB auto top-up tariffs terms and conditions

  1. Offer only available to existing customers.
  2. Customers with a current 2GB or 3GB auto top-up (recurring) plan will have their prices frozen at the May 2015 prices of £13 and £15 respectively.
  3. This offer is available for customers who were connected to an O2 auto top-up (recurring) plan 2GB or 3GB on or before 3rd June 2015.
  4. O2 reserves the right to amend this offer at any time on reasonable notice.
  5. O2 reserves the right to end this offer in future. We will include an update at the top of these terms and conditions when we are bringing this offer to an end.
  6. Eligible customers will automatically receive the reduced price for as long as they remain connected to the original plan they signed up with. Customers who switch to an ineligible plan or who fail to comply with any of the terms of this promotion will lose the Price Freeze benefit.
  7. Data allowances must be used within the month. Unused allowances cannot be carried over into subsequent months.
  8. Customers who disconnect and reconnect (for whatever reason) are not eligible for this offer.
  9. No cash alternatives are available. Promotional allowances cannot be transferred.

Price Freeze Offer for O2 Pay&Go Data plans 2GB one-off tariff terms and conditions

  1. Offer only available to existing customers.
  2. Customers who purchased a one-off 2GB top up in the last 90 days (up to June 4th 2015) will be eligible to purchase subsequent 2GB top ups at the lower price of £13 as long as they purchase at least one 2GB top up once every 90 days.
  3. This offer is available for customers who purchased an O2 one-off top up 2GB in the last 90 days before June 4th 2015.
  4. O2 reserves the right to amend this offer at any time on reasonable notice.
  5. O2 reserves the right to end this offer in future. We will include an update at the top of these terms and conditions when we are bringing this offer to an end.
