  1. Open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), CI and IoM residents aged 16 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of O2, its subsidiary companies, their agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. Use of the Zinio LLC service requires a compatible Apple device or Android device, internet access, and certain software, and may require obtaining updates or upgrades from time to time. Because use of the Services involves hardware, software, and internet access, your ability to use the Services may be affected by the performance of these factors. You agree that such requirements are your responsibility.
  3. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this promotion and in the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
  4. The promotion is only open to eligible new customers of O2 iPad Micro Sim, O2 iPad Mini Nano Sim, and O2 Simplicity for Tablet Sim (3G 1GB (recurring), 3G 2GB (recurring), 4G 3GB (recurring), and 4G 5GB (recurring) Data Plans), ordered between 17 March - 17 April 2014 (inclusive), and have activated the sim plan by completing payment for their first 30 days during the promotional period (17 March - 24 April 2014).
  5. Only one claim per valid O2 Mobile Broadband Tablet Sim activation. No cash alternative is available in whole or in part as a substitute for the stated offer.
  6. Customers can redeem their 12 month digital magazine subscription content by accessing their Zinio LLC account following the sim plan activation and the first 30 day payment (£10, £13, £15, or £25). Customers are supplied with a unique code to access their account and download their chosen magazine subscription to their tablet device. Subsequent editions, when available, appear automatically within their account (dates will vary across available titles).
  7. To be eligible customers must:
    1. Order an O2 Mobile Broadband Tablet Sim (O2 iPad Micro Sim, O2 iPad Mini Nano Sim, and O2 Simplicity for Tablet Sim) between 17 March - 17 April, activate by signing up to either the 3G 1GB (£10), 3G 2GB (£13), 4G 3GB (£15) or 4G 5GB (£25) Data Plan during the promotional period (17 March - 24 April 2014).
    2. Customers will receive an email explaining how to claim the reward (containing a unique code)
    3. Claim online by 30 April 2014. Customers will be prompted to enter their unique code, provide a valid full name and email address and select their preferred magazine title.
    4. Within 24 hours customers receive an email with URL to access a Zinio LLC account informing them that their free access has been activated.
    5. If a user has already registered they will be directed to log into their account where they will be able to access the content (this may be on .com or via an app).

  8. Customers must have submitted their details & selected their chosen title by the closing date for claims (30 April 2014). Customers can only choose one magazine title. Once the claim is submitted, customers cannot change their choice of magazine. Attempts to claim after this date will not be accepted under any circumstances. If it becomes apparent that a customer has, or has attempted to, enter fraudulently, that person's claim will be disqualified and any reward awarded will be void.
  9. Claimants will need access to the internet to claim their reward & to download the Zinio LLC application. Content can be downloaded to multiple devices. O2 will not be responsible for any inability of a claimant to take up the specified digital reward.
  10. Customers are allocated a Zinio LLC account. Access to an account allows customers to download content to multiple devices and any new or upgraded devices.
  11. By gaining access to and using the Zinio LLC Application you agree to be bound by Zinio LLC "Terms and Conditions of Use of Services" found at http://gb.zinio.com/www/legal/terms.jsp
  12. O2 does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the website. Numerous factors outside the control of O2 may interfere with the operation of the Website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in claiming or any claims delayed or corrupted.
  13. O2 accepts no responsibility for the failure of third party Service/s and / or errors in their delivery.
  14. O2 is not responsible for magazine content.
  15. O2 accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed claims, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the reward.
  16. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this promotion, and where circumstances make this unavoidable, O2 reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; amend these terms & conditions; and / or declare void the notification of claimants.
  17. O2 reserves the right to verify all claims and disqualify any entrants where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion or otherwise where a claimant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion including using fraudulent means.
  18. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
  19. Claimants' data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this promotion. For the purpose of administering the reward, O2 reserves the right to exchange information and data regarding applications with service providers.
  20. In relation to the promotion, O2's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  21. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  22. Where circumstances make this unavoidable, O2 shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, postal strikes, terrorist attacks, website malfunction, adverse weather conditions, acts of God, economic crisis or network malfunction.
  23. Sometimes, through reasons outside of O2's control, the website (as with any website) may not be accessible. O2 cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in claiming or any claims delayed or corrupted. O2 will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
  24. O2 may at its absolute discretion disqualify any claims which O2 reasonably feels do not comply with these terms and conditions, or where any form of bad faith is suspected or where the spirit of the promotion has been compromised. All claims will be validated.
  25. This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
