£25 Restaurant Voucher with Family Sharer Plan Offer terms and conditions

  1. The free £25 restaurant voucher (the "Offer") is available to customers signing up to a O2 Family Sharer data Plan from 11th November 2014 and is subject to availability or until a closing date is notified on this page no earlier than 30 days before the the closing date ("Offer Period"). Customers are only entitled to one voucher per Family Sharer Plan.
  2. The leader connection on the Family Sharer Plan will be eligible for the Offer only when one or more of the member sharer sims (on eligible tariffs which include unlimited texts and mins, plus member sharer access for £15) have been connected to the lead account via My O2.
  3. Customers who sign up to a Family Sharer Plan during the Offer Period and connect a secondary Member sharer sim (unlimited texts and mins, plus data sharer access for £15) shall receive a code within 45 days, through the O2 Priority app or online at which shall appear as a "Thank You" (the "Code") in the My Priority section.
  4. Customers must have downloaded the O2 Priority app (if iOS,Android or Windows) and/or signed up to O2 Priority (online if non-iOS or Android) in order to be able to receive (and, in the case of the app, use) the Code.
  5. Customers must remain with O2 and connected to the Family Sharer Plan with a Leader connection and with one or more Member connection in order to redeem and/or use the Code.
  6. Customers will be notified by SMS that the Thank You is available in the O2 Priority app where it can be saved or used immediately. In the O2 Priority App, the code will be available for 2 hours after you have clicked on 'Use it now'. So please save into 'My Priority' if you don't intend to use immediately.
  7. The Code may be used once before it expires 90 days from the date of receipt of an SMS confirming that the Code is available through the app (for iOS, Android or Windows) ("Redemption period").
  8. To redeem the offer you must notify the restaurant on arrival and you will be required to show the restaurant manager the unique moving code on your phone or unique Code via SMS from O2. No copies, screenshots or forwarded messages will be accepted.
  9. Only managers will be able to apply the discount in restaurants.
  10. Offer cannot be redeemed at Frankie & Benny's airport locations
  11. You must notify the service staff member of your intention to use or show the vouchercode at the restaurant of choice on arrival.
  12. The Code can be used as part payment if the goods are at a higher price than the voucher's value. The Code cannot be exchanged in whole or part for cash and no change will be given.
  13. Codes are not transferable and should not be given to anyone else. You must show an active code in your O2 Priority app or online or in an SMS with a code sent directly to your phone from O2 in order to redeem the Offer.
  14. If you have any problems with the SMS, Code or app, please contact the O2 Priority team following the instructions in the app or online.
  15. O2 accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misused Codes.
  16. No cash or credit alternatives shall be provided.
  17. May be used in conjunction with other offers at the restaurant of choice – ask at the venue.
