EA Games Offer terms and conditions
One Month Unlimited free games promotion.
- The EA games offer (the "Offer") is available to new and existing consumer O2 Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go customers in the UK. If you're on Pay As You Go, you must have topped up a minimum of £10 in the last month ("Eligible Customers"). The Offer is not available to business or enterprise customers or to customers who have already benefitted from the previous '3 months free' offer. The offer runs from 17th Nov 2012 until 31 Jan 2013.
- The Offer allows Eligible Customers to download and play unlimited mobile games from EA Games on your mobile phone from http://m.o2.co.uk/eagames for a period of 30 days after you register (the "Offer Period").
- The Offer is only available to Eligible Customers with phones that use Android, BlackBerry and selected Java operating systems. The Offer is not available for iPhone or Windows operating systems.
- The games available vary depending on the model of your phone and its operating system. Some handsets may not have any compatible games available. Some EA Games may not be available as part of this Offer.
- Games downloaded during the Offer Period will be available on the phone they are downloaded to while you continue to be an O2 mobile customer (even if you change tariff), as long as you keep the same mobile number.
- Instructions at the point of accepting the Offer online and downloading games form part of the terms of this Offer.
Unless you connect via wifi, downloading games uses data which may be chargeable depending on your tariff. Playing games may also use data which may be chargeable depending on your tariff.
At the end of the Offer Period, you will continue to benefit from unlimited use of thes EA games by paying a monthly subscription of £2 every 30 days. You can choose to opt out of this automatically at any time before the offer period ends by texting STOP to 31150. If you choose to unsubscribe all games you have downloaded as part of the Offer will be frozen from the end of the 30 day offer period. If you choose to end your subscription you can still pay per download for a specific game. A new version of the game will be downloaded to your handset and you will start the game at the beginning. Any cost of a monthly subscription or a pay per download will be deducted from your credit if you're a Pay As You Go customer, or added to your bill if you're a Pay Monthly customer.
- No age-restricted games are available as part of this Offer but parental discretion is advised for those under 18.
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
- All data collected will be used only for administering this Offer and will not be passed on to any third party without your consent.
- O2 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or extend this Offer at any time. We'll notify you by text message if we alter the promotion to your significant disadvantage.
- This Offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

- The Offer entitles customers to a free voucher code which has 5 credits. Each credit allows the customer to download and play one game.
- The voucher code can be found inside the box of your new Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 or Samsung Galaxy Note Note 10.1.
- The voucher code can be redeemed at http://wap.eamobileclub.com/o2voucher
- The voucher code will only work on Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 or the Samsung Galaxy Note Note 10.1.
- The games available vary depending on which tablet is bought.
- Customers can download all 5 games or they can re-use their code and download one at a time until the credits run out.
- The voucher code is valid until 31/12/2013. The code will not be valid after this date and any remaining credits will be lost.
