Office 365 - Business on us for 2016 (the "Offer") terms and conditions
This Offer is available to O2 business customers who sign up for new Office 365 Business licences (the "Service"). This includes brand new customers to O2 and existing customers taking out additional licences within the Offer Period (defined below).
To be eligible for the Offer, customers must also have a mobile agreement with O2.
Eligible customers who sign up for the Offer will receive free subscription to the Service from the date of connection to the Service until 31 December 2016 (the "Offer Period"). Charging at standard published rates will automatically commence from 1 January 2017 for the remainder of the minimum term (detailed below).
The Offer will provide 1 x Office 365 Business licence for each SIM card connected to O2 which makes and receives voice calls using the O2 mobile network.
To qualify for the Offer, customers must connect to the Service for a minimum term of 24 months (the "Minimum Term").
If the Service is terminated before the end of the expiry of the Minimum Term termination fees will apply. The termination fees will be calculated from the date of disconnection from the Service (even if this occurs during the Offer Period) until the end of the Minimum Term.
Eligible customers who sign up to Office 365 Business Premium or Office 365 Enterprise E3 will qualify for an airtime credit to the equivalent value of Office 365 Business during the Offer Period.
Existing customers who resign their Office 365 service and add additional licences will benefit from the Offer for the additional licences only.
Customers who upgrade their licences are not eligible for the Offer.
Additional licences above and beyond the contracted amount will not benefit from the Offer.
The Offer is only available when offered by an O2 account manager or eligible O2 Partner
Customers who connect via an O2 Account Manager and who sign up for the Offer must take the Business Remote Set Up. If customers complete the set up themselves within 30 days of the start of the Offer Period, then this will be credited in full. Further details are available from your Account Manager.
The free of charge element will appear as a £7 (ex VAT) credit on the customer's invoice each month during 2016. Usual line rental, call and other mobile charges continue to apply. Standard subscription charges for the Service will apply automatically after the Offer Period has expired.
No cash alternatives are available.

O2 reserves the right to change or withdraw this Offer at any time. Contracts must be entered into before the Offer is withdrawn.
