Terms & conditions

O2 Home Broadband February Sale – 6 months free or 3 months free offer terms.

  1. The "Home Broadband 6 months free or 3 months free offer" terms are in addition to O2's standard broadband terms and conditions for Consumer customers (the "Terms") for the Services, and terms which are not defined in these "Home Broadband 6 months free or 3 months free offer" terms will have the meaning set out in the Terms. If there is any inconsistency between the "Home Broadband 6 months free or 3 months free offer" terms and the Terms, the "Home Broadband 6 months free or 3 months free offer" terms will prevail.
  2. Both offers are only available on the Works and All Rounder packages only. They are subject to availability, a direct debit and a 12 month minimum term contract. The offers are not available on The Basics and Access packages.
  3. The offers are available from 1st February until the 28th February 2013.
  4. A £3 router delivery charge applies to online or telesales orders.
  5. The 6 months free broadband offer is available to eligible O2 mobile phone Consumer customers who have already been an O2 mobile phone customer for 2 years at the time of taking O2 Home Broadband. If you have been an O2 Mobile Customer for 2 years already when you sign up for the Home Broadband offer, then the discount will be applied to your O2 Home Broadband Package at the time of you signing up for O2 Home Broadband for the first 6 months of your contract.
  6. The 3 months free broadband offer is available to eligible O2 mobile phone Consumer customers who have a current O2 mobile phone contract at the time of taking O2 Home Broadband. If you are an O2 mobile phone customer and you sign up for the Home Broadband offer, then the discount will be applied to your O2 Home Broadband Package at the time of you signing up for O2 Home Broadband for the first 3 months of your contract.
  7. Only one discounted Home Broadband connection is permitted per O2 Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go customer. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the O2 mobile discount at any time on reasonable notice
  8. Pay Monthly Customers

    If you're an O2 Pay Monthly customer and your O2 Pay Monthly contract is terminated for any reason or if you port to another mobile provider, you are no longer eligible for the Home Broadband discount and will automatically be charged the standard price for your O2 Home Broadband Package from the date of termination of your O2 Pay Monthly contract or porting to another mobile provider.

  9. Pay As You Go Customers

    If you're an O2 Pay As You Go customer and your Pay As You Go mobile is terminated for any reason or if you port to another mobile provider, you are no longer eligible for the Home Broadband discount and will automatically be charged the standard price for your O2 Home Broadband Package from the date of termination of your Pay As You Go mobile or porting to another mobile provider.

  10. The Home Broadband discount is available to O2 customers procuring the O2 Home Broadband service from O2.
