Shared Messaging Bolt On Terms & Conditions

Terms Applicable to Agreements with a Commencement Date later than 1st February 2008 (Does not apply to My Business Tariffs)

  1. Shared Messaging Bolt Ons are available with selected Best for Business tariffs; Small Business Regular User; Small Business Frequent User; Medium Business Regular User; Medium Business Frequent User; Large Business Regular User; and Large Business Frequent User only.
  2. Subject to a maximum aggregate of 7,500 Shared Messaging Bolt Ons messages you can connect up to 10 Shared Messaging Bolt Ons which may only be connected to the primary SIM Card connected under your Agreement.
  3. Any unused Messages can roll over for up to 1 month.
  4. Shared Messaging Bolt Ons are used on an oldest first basis.
  5. The Messages are shared between all users in your account on a first come first served basis.
  6. If all Messages have been used, standard Best for Business tariff message charges will apply, as detailed in the O2 Price List.
  7. You can use only text, only pictures messages, only video messages or a mixture. Sending one UK text uses one message unit. Sending one text message from abroad uses four message units. Sending one picture message in the UK uses four message units.
  8. The Minimum Period applicable to each Shared Messages Bolt On is 6 months, if added at the Commencement Date.
  9. The Minimum Period is applicable to each Shared Messages Bolt On one month if added after the Commencement Date.
  10. You can change your Bolt Ons once every 3 months after the Minimum Period.
  11. 30 days' notice must be given to cancel your Shared Messages Bolt On.
  12. Sending premium messages, messages to international numbers or any chargeable messages you receive are excluded.
  13. Texts sent from the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are ineligible for inclusion in the Shared Messaging Bolt On allowance, these texts will be charged at standard roaming rates.
  14. O2 reserves the right to remove or vary any elements of the Shared Messaging Bolt Ons.
  15. Bolt On Messages are decremented before standard inclusive Calling Plan messages.

Terms Applicable to Agreements with a Commencement Date between 1st April 2007 and 31st January 2008

  1. £25, £35, £55, £80, £100, £150, £250, £350, £700, £1700, and £3300 only.
  2. You can connect up to 2 Shared Messaging Bolt Ons which may only be connected to the primary SIM Card connected under your Agreement.
  3. If the Customer has a Shared Message Bolt On with Internet Mail, only one Shared Message Bolt On may be added.
  4. Any unused Messages can roll over for up to 1 month.
  5. Shared Messaging Bolt Ons are used on an oldest first basis.
  6. The Messages are shared between all users in your account on a first come first served basis.

  2. You can connect up to 2 Shared Messaging Bolt Ons which may only be connected to the primary SIM Card connected under your Agreement.
  3. If the Customer has a Shared Message Bolt On with Internet Mail, only one Shared Message Bolt On may be added.
