4G Pay & Go Go Go Terms and Conditions

Please note, this tariff will no longer be available to new customers or existing customers wishing to switch to the tariff from 29th May 2014 onwards. If you are not already on this tariff by this date you will not be able to switch to it.

  1. 4G Pay & Go Go Go is available to O2 Pay & Go customers in the UK and is made up of a series of allowances, depending on how long you stay on the tariff.
  2. 4G Pay & Go Go Go gives an inclusive monthly allowance of 75 minutes, 500 texts and 500MB of data for £15 payment each month.
  3. After being on 4G Pay & Go Go Go for three months, you'll get a double allowance of 150 minutes, 1000 texts and 1GB of data for £15 payment each month as long as you've topped up at least £30 in the last three months;
  4. If you've been with O2 Pay & Go for more than three months or you are moving from O2 Pay Monthly to Pay & Go, you can join 4G Pay & Go Go Go and move straight to a double allowance, as long as you've met the top up requirements outlined in clause 3.
  5. After being on 4G Pay & Go Go Go for nine months, you'll get unlimited texts added to your allowance, giving you 150 minutes, unlimited texts, and 1GB of data for £15 payment each month provided you've topped up at least £90 in the last twelve months.
  6. If you're on 4G Pay & Go Go Go with unlimited texts and move to another tariff, and then decide to move back to 4G Pay & Go Go Go, you'll move straight to a double allowance as long as you've met the top up requirement outlined in clause 3. You won't be able to move back to the unlimited text allowance level straight away.
  7. Your inclusive monthly allowances will expire after 30 days if you do not top up the required amounts specified above in this time period.
  8. If you join 4G Pay & Go Go Go you will automatically join our Rewards loyalty programme. For details on O2 Rewards, please check payandgorewards.o2.co.uk.
  9. In some circumstances in marketing communications regarding this tariff we use the term "Web" to refer to the data allowance.
  10. Unlimited inclusive monthly allowances are subject to an excessive usage policy.
  11. To use any of O2's data services, your mobile must be data compatible and enabled for the type of data network you want to access. Access to data services is subject to network coverage.
  12. You can change tariffs once a month. If you're on the Original or Talkalot tariff and you switch to 4G Pay & Go Go Go, you'll be moved to 4G Pay & Go Go Go rates. If you then move to a different alternative Pay & Go tariff, you'll be charged at rates applicable to your new tariff.
  13. To switch to 4G Pay & Go Go Go, visit o2.co.uk/4g/setup, where we'll perform a series of checks to ensure that you are eligible for the tariff.
  14. By switching to 4G Pay & Go Go Go, you're agreeing to replace your current tariff with a 4G Pay & Go Go Go inclusive monthly allowance. Any unused allowances or previous tariffs and rates will be lost and won't rollover to your new tariff. You can only have one tariff active at any time.
  15. If you don't have enough credit for the inclusive monthly allowance that you've selected, you'll be charged at standard tariff rates. Your inclusive monthly allowance will be applied when you have enough credit available.
  16. You can choose not to select an inclusive monthly allowance, and use your credit as you like. You'll be charged standard tariff rates.
  17. If you've got a BlackBerry device, you'll need to buy a Bolt On to use your BlackBerry services; you can view all Bolt On options at o2.co.uk/myo2
  18. You must not use your SIM card in or connected to any other device, or in a way that adversely impacts the service to other O2 customers. If we reasonably believe your use doesn't comply with this, we reserve the right to:

    1. impose further charges
    2. disconnect your SIM or tariff at any time, having tried to contact you before doing this;
    3. remove inclusive monthly allowances from your account; and
    4. impose network protection controls to protect our network from types of data usage which we think might impact on service at specific times of day and/or locations; this may reduce your speed.
  19. Your information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/privacy-policy
  20. O2 reserves the right to remove, vary or amend any element of these Terms. If any of the changes mean you're worse off, we'll let you know by text. These changes will start straightaway.
  21. Standard tariff rates for 4G Pay & Go Go Go can be found at o2.co.uk/myo2
  22. You can view your remaining tariff allowances by visiting o2.co.uk/myo2 or alternatively you can send BALANCE to 20202 or by calling 4444 which is free from your O2 mobile.
  23. These Terms apply in addition to your standard O2 Pay & Go service Terms and Conditions. You can see these at o2.co.uk/terms.

This is an indication and prediction of outdoor coverage, but coverage may vary depending on time and location. Data reception and speeds may not be as good indoors or in a car. Radio-based mobile technologies can also be affected by local factors including buildings, trees and even weather conditions. The coverage checker is a guide and does not guarantee signal coverage.
