O2 Priority Moments The Who Competition terms and conditions

  1. Closing date for entries is midnight on 26 June 2013.
  2. The competition is open to all citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain of 18 years of age and over, except employees of Telefónica Limited ("Telefónica") and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this Competition including Universal Music Operations Limited and their parent, associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents.
  3. Entry limited to one per person.
  4. No purchase is necessary but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to charges from their individual mobile telephone operator.
  5. An eligible entrant must be an individual resident in the United Kingdom of Great Britain.
  6. The winner of the competition will be chosen at random by an independent adjudicator.
  7. Telefónica will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Telefónica will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the Competition.
  8. Telefónica reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these General Rules and Telefónica's standard terms and conditions. Telefónica reserves the right to amend these General Rules. Any amendments will be published on the Website.
  9. The winner will be given a pair of tickets to see The Who perform at Wembley Stadium in London on 8 July 2013 and have an opportunity to meet members of the band. Travel to London is not included within the prize.
  10. The winner will be notified either by telephone or e-mail no later than midnight on 27 June 2013. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted before this time on the mobile number or email address supplied by the entrant with their entry, Telefónica reserves the right to select another entrant.
  11. The winner (and anyone accompanying winner) must arrange their own transport to Wembley Stadium in London.
  12. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes stated and the prizes are not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
  13. Uses of personal data received by Telefónica in the course of the competition are subject to Telefónica's privacy policy found on the Website. The winner's name may be published on the Website.
  14. By entering the competition all entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these General Rules.
  15. Telefónica reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
  16. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit Telefónica's liability for death or personal injury caused by their employees or agents' negligence or for fraud.
  17. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  19. The Promoter of this competition is Telefónica Limited, a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at 260 Bath Road, Slough, SL1 4DX.
