Double Data Offer for Tablets bought on a Business Essentials tariff to 3 February 2016 terms and conditions

  1. Offer only available to new and upgrading O2 business customers.
  2. Offer available from Dec 24th 2015 to Feb 3rd 2016 inclusive.
  3. Customers who sign up to a 2GB, 6GB or 12GB Business Essentials data only tariff from O2 with a connected tablet (“Eligible Business Essentials Plan”) will receive double the data for no additional cost. Customers who sign up to one of these tariffs will receive 4GB instead of 2GB, 12GB instead of 6GB, 24Gb instead of 12GB.
  4. Existing customers must upgrade and change to an Eligible Business Essentials plan to take up this offer. In these circumstances any unused inclusive allowance connected to the existing plan will be lost.
  5. Eligible customers will automatically receive double the data for as long as they remain connected to the Eligible Business Essentials Plan they sign up to (i.e. until they upgrade, change their contract or until the initial contract term expires, whichever occurs earliest).
  6. Customers who switch to an ineligible plan or who fail to comply with any of the terms of this promotion will lose the double data benefit.
  7. Monthly double data allowance must be used within the month. Unused allowances cannot be carried over into subsequent months.
  8. O2 reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
  9. This offer is subject to the Customer satisfactorily passing status and credit checks.
  10. No cash alternatives are available. Promotional allowances cannot be transferred.
